I came in close to closing on a rough day for the store, due to the toaster being down and out of stock of some items. The sweet girl behind the counter was so helpful and helped me still make a Sandwhich that I would like. She made my entire night with her kindness and customer service.

Highly disappointed with the service and cold (toasted food)! I was overcharged by $11.19 for a sandwich I did not order. I believe he purposely put it in the bag so I wouldn’t see the receipt charge which is beyond strange. If I could give 0 stars I would.

placed an online order through the subway app. was very slow and was ready the time it said. which was 20 minutes. employees went out on a smoke break in the front. i got there at the time it was supposed to be done. the sandwich's both were wrong and not toasted. just extremely frustrating bc they weren't special sandwiches and I’m pregnant and was craving subway.

Ordered 3 footlongs online, get there only one is done, they ran out of meatballs, again. They don't even contact you to let you know they're out of certain items. Ordered two more hot sandwiches, get home and they are ice cold,didn't even attempt to toast them.This place is a joke and we'll never return, you should just close ot down.

I placed an online order, got the email saying order is ready at 2:40 and when I show up to pick it up, the doors were locked with a handwritten note on the door saying “re open at 4”. I was on my way to work with no time to stop anywhere else which is why I ordered ahead of time, and due to the nature of my job I won’t be able to leave to get anything else either. A DoorDash driver also tried to pick up an order while I was there but couldn’t. I get that things happen but if you have to close the store, at least turn off the online ordering! Very unprofessional and frustrating.

Currently sitting outside of the store. Doors are unlocked and no one is here. Ordered on the app, said it would be ready around 3:30pm and said it was received and confirmed. It’s now 3:41p. App says the order is done but nothing is done. I’d avoid this store and go to Walmart across the street. Apparently they have staffing issues. Staffing issues are fine, but don’t take money and orders and mark them as complete if no one is here.
