Ordered through the app to pick up after work. I arrived at the time my order was to ready but they were still working on the order. The protein bowl was missing items and a mess. One sandwich was completely wrong and the other had unordered toppings. Called and complained but never heard from the manager. Complained to Subway and they did nothing. Good thing there is a Jersey Mike's now in town.

I usually dont leave reviews but they started making my sandwich got it all started then told me they were out of the stuffing the chicken they needed the mayo the olives the sweet onion sauce they basically had nothing to make the actual sandwich I ordered the sandwich they already started I just had them finish it but it was horrible all the way around for my whole family and I love subway really disappointing was either the worker being lazy or they were honestly out couldn't tell but had my suspicions

I went to the subway hungry. When I came, a great employee by the name of Zander who not only immediately started cleaning after getting done with an order, but also called for someone to help me. The person who helped me had great service, taking on three orders with efficiency and respect. Zander is always staying on task and helping customers immediately, polite, and diligent. Plz promote him or at least give him a raise

It seems like every member of their staff is a Forgetful Jones works here. Google proper portion sizes for Phillies and pay attention to meats as they prepare the sandwich. They forgot a scoop of Philly meat for my Philly once and nearly forgot my ham on my most recent BMT. Their lavish apologies always make me yawn.

I want to start off by saying that the young man that was working at the subway inside of the Walmart here in Coeur d’Alene provided probably the best service I’ve ever received at a subway! As a member of management myself, he is the type of employee that I would love to steal and have come work for one of my locations. He was personable, attentive, kept a pleasant conversation going while working quickly and made the atmosphere feel overall welcoming.
We talked about cars for a little bit while he made our subs to Perfection and just did a great job when it comes to customer service excellence!
This is somebody that I would fast track to management and definitely give a raise!
My family and I will be choosing this location from now on thanks to that young man!

Been going there for a few weeks now. 1st time 1 or 2 condiments were out. 2nd time few chip selection, drink dispenser broken, little or no choices for bottled beverages. Now toaster is broken.. I'll find another one to visit.

The employee was nice and polite. Poor kid was there all by himself. Almost out of all veggies, only one kind of bread available, but the restaurant part was DISGUSTING. Old dried food, garbage and crumbs all over the floor. Dried spilled soda which was super sticky. The tables were all dirty and all the trash cans were full. Nasty. Nasty Nasty. Will NOT be back

The lettuce was brown and the restaurant was a absolute mess. Only one employee to handle everything. He was doing the best he could. Someone will get sick from the bad lettuce.

I am posting a review here because I don’t know how to review or give kudos to the kid working.. When I got to subway there was a long line.. Nick was working all by himself.. no help.. he was kind to every customer, he handled the lunch rush with grace.. he had a smile on his face the whole time.. good job Nick! You are doing good work kid!

The two boys working today deserve to be congratulated. Excellent Service and very polite and courteous. I don’t this often but I will return here just to eat. Great staff
