Showed up 45 minutes before closing, employee was no where to be found. Worse we are pretty sure he was in the backroom and knew we were there. You don't get paid to ignore costumers

Employee clearly hates his job because the sandwich making area and whole restaurant was disgusting. Wouldn’t even grab a new container of shredded cheese or teriyaki chicken because he was “about to close” even though this location didn’t close for almost 1.5 hours. Then when my child and I sat to eat for 5 mins before going into the store, he told us the lobby closed. I confirmed that they didn’t close for another hour and a half, but he advised us to leave because he had to clean it. By the time we left Walmart he still hadn’t started cleaning. Won’t be back.

Nobody in line ahead of us. Took 10-15 minutes to make 1 footlong and two 6in subs. Two teenage boys behind the counter and not a manager in sight. One was head deep under a counter trying to fix something, one took my boyfriends order first, asked me what i wanted, then walked away to loosen something for the other kid under the counter. Eventually the other kid who was under the counter first came and asked what i was getting and made my sandwhiches by the time the other kid was getting ready to ring up my boyfriend for his finished sandwhich. Only 3 of the sodas were working on the fountain machine.

Terrible place to get a sub, we'll that's if you ever get one made after you order it on the app. Over an hour waiting after it was suppose to be made

I’m solely giving this place 5 stars because of Traci, the GM and anyone below her. If this place messes something up, doesn’t know exactly how something is made. DONT GET MAD AT THE KID WORKING. Get mad at the training and development provided by upper management. As they promise a full training program and don’t even offer any of it after day one. Don’t allow GMs to work the hours needed to train and develop themselves then gets frustrated when crew isn’t trained and developed perfectly to fit James mold of an employee. James has destroyed the integrity of working for this company.

Sooooooo slooowwwwww!!!!!!I've been to A LOT of subways and sometimes there's a lot going on so I get when they run a little slower than normal, but this was like stupendously slow. 2 workers, 2 orders and it took 30 min to get a sandwich! It was ridiculous! I've lived in 7 different states and eaten takeout at hundreds of places and I've never seen or experienced anything like this. 2 high school boys could NOT get it together. It was like watching dumb and dumber try to work if they were stoned on top of being kind of dumb. It literally HURT to watch but I couldn't look away. It was me and one other guy in there and I left before him even though I got there after so idk how long he was stuck there for. The level of incompetence was incredible. Also, my bread was totally burned, and my sandwich just fell apart as soon as I tried to pick it up. Will not be revisiting that specific location.

Went there at 11 am on june 10th spent 23$.. The floors and tables were disgusting.. the service was ehh.. went to fill our sodas and they were out of everything. Told the associate and he said he'd fix it but never did so my bf drank water. When he did come out to fill his own drink he left the station still messy and napkins every where!! There was another associate in the back that never came to assist.. when another customer went up to inform on the soda situation twice they still did not come out to fill the drinks.. worse experience especially for how expensive the food is and how low the quality has become here!!! And if I could give no stars I would!!

The worst customer experience ever..20 minutes to makes one sandwich. No other customers..pearl and 2 men working..but not helping her..she kept disappearing for multiple minutes..I asked why it was taking so long to make one sandwich..she told me she didn't like my attitude...she called her manager twice but he wouldn't come out..terrible experience..I will never be back..jimmy John's now for me.

There was a young guy working he was busy, but had good positive attitude.

Wow. Nothing is prepped, out of vegetables, out of bread, and just confirmed this was not a shipment delay.Staff appears more interested in their conversations than handling two customers. This is epitome of the kids at work today. So frustrating.

There were two people up front, an employee and the area manager. The line was not bad at all. However, the area manager, James, was disrespectful to his employee and impatient with guests. I didn't catch the younger guy's name, but James was getting upset with him because of how long it was taking him to replace a metal pan of hot meat. The employee told James that it was really hot, and James got frustrated and just pushed him aside to do it himself. Those pans are kept above 140⁰ to keep food safe, you should never rush someone who is trying to handle it safely. We ordered a meatball sub, and the employee said they were out of the meatballs at the moment. James told him there was a new set of meatballs ready. The employee simply didn't know meatballs were ready because no one had told him, but James was very rude with how he said it and how he told his employee to go get the meatballs. My partner was paying for his brother, who was still getting toppings added to his sandwich. James asked my partner if there would be any drinks. My partner said "I don't know," and James asked my partner what his brother's name was. With an annoyed tone, James loudly interrupted him while he was in the middle of having his sandwich made to ask him if he wanted a drink. James could have waited until his sandwich was done and he was at the register, maybe a 30 second difference at most.At the register, James asked if there would be anything else on the order. I asked to add a pretzel on, and James said they were out. He then said, again with a rude tone, "Next time, you need to order those over there," pointing where you begin your sandwich. When Auntie Anne's was right next to them, you would get in a seperate line for pretzels, their current pretzel display is still on the end of the counter where Auntie Anne's was, and pretzels are now on a sides menu for Subway. There is no indication of how to "properly" order pretzels, so there is no justification for how James speaks to people ordering them "inproperly."I wish I knew the name of the other employee who was working. If it had just been him up front, the experience would have been so much better, and this would have been a five-star review. This was on 12/26, sometime around 1. I hope some other member of management can give this employee the congrats that he is due. I would never work somewhere I was being talked the way James talked at him, nor would I want to see my manager of all people talk to guests like that. To the employees at this Subway, I appreciate the work you do at this location. You deserve much better management than the likes of James.

Two young men working, neither of them were out front when people walked in. The seating area was an absolute MESS. There were no clean tables. There was food all over the floor. The bread was burnt and crispy. They were talking to someone in the back not even paying attention.

Gina collins

Walked in ready to order, but there was no clerk. Lucky us because it gave us plenty of time to see the absolute filth! A young man finally came out and I simply told him that I would never order anything under such unsanitary conditions. His response, " Well we only serve the food in this area" (motioning towards a prep area). Yeah... whatever. If the prep area and surrounding area are nasty, imagine the back rooms where they have storage and refrigeration? We were outta there!!

Ordered 3 foot long subs. First was a meatball pretty simple right, it was toasted but still soggy. #2 teriyaki chicken it didn’t even go along the whole sub. I asked her to please put make it all along the entire sub I’d pay for extra meat if I had to. #3 Black Forest ham they were out, so asked for roast beef she literally only put 1 slice on the sandwich all the way down. Grand total 35.92 for horrible sandwiches. I didn’t even think about taking pictures. Girls weren’t very polite just seemed like they wanted to get us out of there.
