REVIEW FOR THE OWNER ON THEIR STAFF BEHAVIOR: Today October 10/10/25 5:44pm we pulled up in a very loud truck and no one came to the window but we did see that the stand is still open and employee cars were still parked as well. We pulled around to the other window and finally one of the girls stands up from the floor, literally hiding and opens the window and then the second girls pops up from the floor as well. When we asked them if they purposely ignored us, one played dumb and acted surprised and acted like she didn't know. But then turned to the other girl and started mouthing something. . Such unprofessional, childish, ignorant behavior! If owner has cameras please review them and possibly do some better training to your young employees that if a customer pulls ups way before closing, hiding isn't professional and better yet when asked if they were hiding, telling the truth could've not resulted in this review.

Very friendly service. My coffee was great. The breakfast sandwich I had left a lot to be desired. Quick service. They don't do punch cards, they use an app. Right now you get a free coffee if you download the app.

Loved that they had dark chocolate for my mocha...BUT it tasted like they FORGOT THE COFFEE!! My daughters drink was the same!! It's like they just used hot water & milk...will NOT be going back

I love the girls at both this and the 4th St location, but the Hayden team is my favorite. Super friendly, go out of their way to give everyone a great experience. Can't recommend highly enough!
