I about went back in, after ravishing the heated up(ask for it) ham and cheese crossaint in my car, and bought everything it was SOOOOO GOOD!!!!!

I would have given this a 4 star rating the first time I went in, but the second time same waitress, the waitress seemed bipolar and was condescending and made me have a medical issue of a low blood of 40! She has the audacity to complain to me that some people come in and just sit for hours and don't order anything! I told her I just needed to put my stuff down and I was waiting for a friend to arrive , this was all said as soon as I walked in the door hadn't even reached a table yet! And I told her when friend arrives and we'd order something. She then complained to me more and questioned well when is your friend arriving!?.... I then went to sit my stuff down at a table and take my blood sugar levels to see what I'm allowed to eat and not eat and what injection of a shot I must take, but sadly because of your rudeness and attacks towards me I was forced to just order right away, and they don't have nutrition facts, so I had to guess the carbs under her duress and had extremely dangerous low blood sugar because of this demeaning and rude waitress. Not to mention I saw 20 other people walk in with kids, not order anything she did NOT COMPLAIN or attack them and actually smiled and talked to them and laughed!!! They ordered nothing and asked her to sign the Waldo paper hunt! I couldn't believe this type of service. This was my favorite place I invited friends to because of the painting and now I will not bring them here! How rude! I will now tell people not to go here.i forgot to mention even when I ordered, I asked for hot sauce or ketchup and she had the audacity then claim to me someone stole it! Then she looked at me like I stole it. As I sat down and got sicker and sicker I didn't hear her complain about people stealing stuff to other customers! I think she was jealous of me for some reason. I'm not sure why she wanted to attack me so bad. Very poor customer service!

Stopped in for a quick morning pastry on our travels through town. Ended up purchasing a ham & cheese croissant, a bear claw and a franzbrotchen. My husband said the croissant was one of the best he’s ever had. I had the bear claw and also agree it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. And believe me, we have had pastries all over the world! Saving the franzbrotchen for an afternoon treat but I’m sure it will be delicious. Also loved the set-up at each table where you could paint a mini watercolor on the white butcher paper table covering. How sweet! We will definitely be back when we are in town again.

Wow -- I have gotten pastries at Elevate and always enjoyed them, but today my husband and I tried a couple of their meat hand pies for lunch, and they blew my mind. Sooooo so good. I will definitely be going back for more of their lunch options! Additionally, their service is quick, and their employees are always kind.

I recommend everything, I tried the chicken potpie, is is wonderful, I am a huge fan !! this is not my first time there, i tried the authentic European pastries, specifically the Kouign Amann, I have only known one other pastry Chef that can do these this good !!!
