I've been to this restaurant twice now in the past 4 years, and the first time was a mediocre experience both in food quality and service. The most recent time, the prices were way too high for the quality of the food served. The Chicken Fried Steak was so tough, even the steak knife provided could hardly cut it. Eggs were OK, but unexceptional. Hash Browns...by their name...are supposed to be Brown and Crisp, not soggy white and tasteless. toast was cold, and the only thing that improved both the steak and toast was that one member didn't want their hollandaise sauce, so I used it as a dip for both, and the sauce was very good! Also, the wait staff lady was incredibly kind hearted, patient and helpful with our requests for items and she was a gem. Also, the wait time to be served was way too long. I won't be going here again.

Food was awful and had to be sent back. The server was great he was super nice and friendly. Hostess was horrible food was horrible literally the only good thing was the server. He had a mullet and brown hair he was probably the only good thing about this restaurant lol.

If this wasn’t the best peach cobbler French toast, I wouldn’t be back. The service wasn’t the greatest — we waited quite a while to be seated, which was understandable since they were busy. After we ordered, it took some time for our food to come out, and one of our party’s orders was missed entirely, so he had to change to something simpler just to eat with us.
That said, the food itself was worth the wait. Portions were large, everything tasted great, and this French toast was absolutely delicious — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and topped perfectly with whipped cream, crumble, and caramel drizzle. Overall, the service could’ve been better, but the food definitely made up for it.

I have to be honest. I was hesitant to wait to be seated, but the line was so long there had to be a reason so I did. Then the food took 40 minutes to arrive... We were just about to give up and leave. Then the magic happened! The food was amazing. The presentation was outstanding. Yes, I would wait in line to get in again, and yes, I would wait 40 minutes for this amazing food again. Recommendation: try something different... The menu is very creative!

First I would like to give a positive, our waitress was absolutely incredible. She was kind, she explained things well, told us it was going to be a little bit longer wait for our food and she was attentive. Great service. But unfortunately this place was a major let down. We were excited after finding this place on google. The food sounded amazing. When we arrived there was a wait to be seated. We said, “this must be a great place if there is a wait and it’s this packed out.” Well, that sure wasn’t the case. The food was one of the worst I have ever had. The biscuits could have been used as a hocking pucks, it was burnt so bad and hard that we couldn’t finish it. The chicken was also burnt along with my daughter’s ham. The gravy had no flavor and I mean none. It was like brown flour that was liquified. My other daughter’s eggs were brown and full of grease. We got the peach cobbler French toast and it was ok. The best of the entire meal but still wasn’t like wow. The menu said it was $16 something and we were charged $20 something. The atmosphere was dark and out dated. With a name like abracadabra I think this place could have popped and been so fun and exciting. My opinion on that! It’s almost like the cooks just didn’t care. The table next to us had burnt sausage in both plates. I was hoping when seeing that, they ordered it that way but when getting ours I was like oh no. This isn’t going to be good. I think this place could come to life but it’s going to need some work and training for the cooks. Nothing shouldn’t be that burnt, hard and stale. Eggs shouldn’t be drowning in grease, and gravy shouldn’t taste like flour and water. I know this place has great potential, location is great, the name is fun and the food items seem amazing. Just time to make the product match the rest of the magic.

my sausage had a hair on it and ALL of our hashbrowns were burnt. I usually don’t say anything but seeing everyone seated around me get perfect golden brown hashbrowns while we had disgusting ones was very frustrating.
Really nice place. Breakfast was yummy, portions are huge. Highly recommended, I will definitely visit again soon

Generally good. Not as good as everyone makes it out to be but pretty tasty. Issue was that we showed up and waited to be seated which is fine. But then we ordered and waited for probably 40 minutes when our server told us sorry, we're sorry 3 cooks today. Next time tell us before we order. 20 minutes later we got our food. Nice staff, just didn't feel courteous of our time.

My friend and I had heard about this place so we had to check it out and it we liked it. The food was great and the service was excellent. Our server was Kelsy. She made us feel welcomed there seeing how it was our first time there. It was the best service i've had in a long time. The restaurant is nice and clean. I will definately will be coming back when i come back into town
