What a great find in Idaho Falls. It's a " better for you" restaurant. Everything was homemade and it was so tasty. Raymond was very kind. He explained each meal with detailed descriptions of nutrition and ingredients. We loved their falafel, humus, quinoa salad, and a plant-based burger with Sriracha sauce on a bed of vegetables and lettuce. Everything homemade. We will be back.

Absolutely amazing food! I've had their plant burger, grassfed beef burger, and falafel wrap. All were beyond delicious. I'm newly gluten and dairy free, and their allergen friendliness is such a breath of fresh air! I can confidently eat here without being afraid of an allergic reaction.

Altavita has a whole section of their menu dedicated to plant-based foods. I've been eating vegan lately, but when I travel, especially to smaller towns, eating vegan or vegetarian can be difficult. This nice little restaurant had a falafel sandwich that was excellent, and it tasted so fresh. I was super pleased and able to get veggies and hummus as a side dish. They had empanadas and some vegan soups, along with a couple of different sandwiches. The front of the storefront is really small, but apparently, there was another dining room down the stairs.

Amazingly fresh food. Gentleman working there could not have been nicer. Varied menu lots of choices. Had the shawarma sandwich but in a wheat wrap was so light fresh and tasty. The sauce was amazing. My wife had the Greek salad huge portion and super fresh. Totally great spot.
