Every time I go through the drive through, even when there's no one else behind me, they make me pull forward to wait for my food, and it always takes them longer food is colder. When they forget part of my order, I have to park and go into the store because the person who brings it to my window leaves before I can ask where the rest of my order is. I also can't ask for napkins and things like that if they forget to put it in my bag and I'm not at the window. When I asked the worker tonight if I could just wait at the window since no one was behind me, he said no and got rude about it.

Usually don’t visit Arby’s but tonight we gave it a shot. Was treated with great hospitality and service, the food was amazing. Atrick helped us out the service was 10 out of 10. We’re impressed
Staff were very pleasant, the food however, let's just say I'm very glad they don't have Arby's back home in Canada in my area, I don't feel like I ate anything aside from a bun with a layer of something resembling meat in between the bun. Again staff very pleasant but...
