Drive through crew was struggling tonight... Kid had to repeat himself multiple times, there was someone yelling in the background that sounded like they struggled with turrets or something... Food was mushy, they over charged me, and the kids that answered the window seemed confused when I game him cash... The Arby's sauce is still good though...

We’re never EVER coming to this Arby’s location. One of the employees came out of the bathroom with a PLUNGER leaking water all over the floor and WENT straight to the kitchen with the PLUNGER! Absolutely disgusting!

We ordered our food, the guy who took the order was great. The curly frys were barely worm and not fresh as we requested. When we received the food one of the sandwiches was made wrong. My wife took it to the counter to let them know it was the wrong sandwich. The lady at the counter got rude and even told my wife it was Wright and she took the order. So she lied and turns out she was the manager. (Tanisha ). We didnt want a new sandwich just letting them know it was giving to us wrong and her answer to that was what ever.. We eat there a lot with our friends but never again while she is there.. BAD LOOK

I waited for 22 minutes for my hamburgers to be raw, yes raw. As I was eating the last few bites of my BBQ Bacon Burger the texture changed. I looked at my burger and saw it is raw. My son's burger was even worse. More than pink it was cold inside. This is was definitely not cooked long enough. I would rather wait longer for fully cooked food.
