We ordered our food, the guy who took the order was great. The curly frys were barely worm and not fresh as we requested. When we received the food one of the sandwiches was made wrong. My wife took it to the counter to let them know it was the wrong sandwich. The lady at the counter got rude and even told my wife it was Wright and she took the order. So she lied and turns out she was the manager. (Tanisha ). We didnt want a new sandwich just letting them know it was giving to us wrong and her answer to that was what ever.. We eat there a lot with our friends but never again while she is there.. BAD LOOK

Wasn’t given my drink and my large fries were nearly empty when I looked in my bag. 1/10 never going back and wouldn’t recommend for anyone else

I waited for 22 minutes for my hamburgers to be raw, yes raw. As I was eating the last few bites of my BBQ Bacon Burger the texture changed. I looked at my burger and saw it is raw. My son's burger was even worse. More than pink it was cold inside. This is was definitely not cooked long enough. I would rather wait longer for fully cooked food.

came in to pick up order the girl in back with pink hair had her long hair down making food and I know from experience working around food u are supposed to keep hair put and a hair net in and that what needs to happen Will not be back at all

I ordered online got confirmation that my order was received and would be ready at designated time. When I showed up the employee informed me that they were out of Roast beef didn’t offer any kind of compensation refund anything just looked at me like I was inconsiderate for not wanting to change my order. I had to ask when my order would be ready he had no clue went to the back asked and said maybe 10 minutes I waited for my order… much longer than 10 minutes I NEVER received an apology or offer of compensation…when I FINALLY got my order everything was barely warm fries were soggy and stale NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY A FAST FOOD CHAIN WHEN THEY WERE CLEARLY IN THE WRONG!!! I would’ve given 0 stars if that were an option as a patron who visits Arby’s regularly at least once a month or more… I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I will not be returning anytime in the near future

The best food
This was about 3:30 p.m. The employees were all screwing around, wearing paper bags on their arms, pretending to be robots. The roast beef was cold, the potato cakes obviously from the lunch rush, were old and cold. Napkins were not stocked. The floors were filthy. This place needs a baby sitter for the employees.

Whoever is running this Arbys is doing it right. Every time I come here my food is fresh, service is great, clean establishment. I love this location.

No general manager or assistant manager at the store lobby was closed 8+ employees were working. Very disappointed with the service at this location.
