My wife and I went to get ice cream which should only take 30 seconds to make. However, the staff here were very behind on orders. After we stood there for a few minutes one of the staff asked us what we were waiting on. We then told them that we would like a refund because we were not impressed with their customer service. They got the manager and they refunded us. However, as I was reviewing expenses today, I noticed that I was charged twice for the ice cream and only refunded once. I am not impressed with the quality of service form this Artic Circle location.

Ordered the fish and chips which was good but it took 20 minutes to get I understand that it takes time to cook but they need to accept call in orders or tell me it will take a while to cook and act like they have no idea what is going on I hate using any app for ordering food because most times id like special requests and most are complicated to use so I won't order that way. I like to talk to a live person not some stupid answering machine

I was visiting in Idaho Falls and saw that they had an Artic Circle restaurant which I loved as a child but hadn't been anywhere that had an Artic Circle in over 25 years and to my surprise the food was even better than I remember! If you have one in your area GO, you won't be disappointed!

All of the tables were clean. The staff was friendly, kind, attentive, and patient with my youngest child. The girl working even brought the food to our table. My kid enjoyed playing on the toy.

I wish there was a half star option. I ordered a double Angus cheeseburger meal. Which included fries that were so salted that they look fluffy. A Pepsi which I thought would have ice in it. As for the nice juicy burger. Oh wait it was so dry no lettuce no tomato and has so much ketchup and mayo on it u couldn't even see the silver dollar size patty on it. The only thing we got that was worth my money was the dipped ice cream cone I got my daughter. Hands down worst fast food in all of Idaho falls. Will never recommend or revisit eeeeevvvveeeerrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
