There seems to be a problem with their ordering system and orders are going missing. We waited over twenty minutes for a cheeseburger combo and a kids meal after asking several times when we were expected to be receiving the meal. There were several other parties that were experiencing the same problem. The general manager was in the restaurant and asked tables all around us if everything went well with their order but skipped over our table altogether. The staff so not have the knowledgeability to look up past orders to see what is the problem and blamed the cooks for the missing orders. Not sure what the disconnect was tonight.

Holy cow! The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The dining area? 99 degrees! It was entirely too hot, the Employee's looked like they had heat stroke. They don't have the ability to change the temperature themselves. Management needs to figure something else out for those employees!!

Wow!! The customer service was amazing! They forgot our cheese curds on our big order, so I decided to call them and ask how we could resolve the matter. Not only did they happily tell me to come back and pick up our cheese curds, but they upgraded our cheese curds for free!
We also came right before the closed, and Jamie and Naomi were very happy to serve us and they even gave us free ice cream!

Let’s talk about top-tier hospitality, laden along with blessed HUMANITY… Let’s bring the hosts up of the best Arctic Circle we have experienced. Kelsey and Braxton. She runs this superior, clean, and upbeat team. She also approaches her customers, in sincere care for the experience. We learned it is in her DNA. Great food upbringing. She took the time to learn why we keep returning… upbeat and eager for their great fries, fried cheese curds, and OH, Mylanta, their quality fry sauce. We mentioned our family member’s Skilled Nursing set up nearby, and how we sneak our second order from this great restaurant… to uplift our loved one. She personally gifted our member a full bottle of their sauce, all were given dipped cones, free… and she sent her sincere wishes for speedy recovery in healing. Then, Braxton purchased a large order of fries… with more sauces, and sent us with his own impressive gift for our healing one. We took selfies with our fantastic allies… and new kind friends. There is no better than a royal treatment in beautiful compassion. I wish this place the staunchest of fiscal stability and most-loyal consumer base.
Edit: MORE on the humanity… After a few more visits, my last of the time in Idaho for my folks, I watched our Kelsey serving AGAIN. She LOVES our less-abled community and treats each who arrive in groups, with trained workers, with care and direct communication. I have sat and watched this occur on several visits. It is her nature, an instinct of priceless humanity. To her own ‘team’, her staff? I watched as an order required an awful lot ‘extra’ from her cook… and saw her call through the fry tray to him… ‘keep on fighting’ she told him. She then instructed her window server she was going back to the kitchen. She DID the best of leadership! She cooked WITH her overwhelmed teammate. This is equity and equality. Just leadership for the many varieties and circumstances…

Their shakes are so wonderful. I tried a cheesecake and Nutella shake, and I'm definitely getting another one soon. Don't forget to get a punch card. Every tenth shake or combo meal is free with their punch cards.

Haven’t been to this arctic circle in a while. Pretty good burger. Love the fries are always a lil crispy and the right amount of salt. Pair that up with their great fry sauce and you’ve got a good meal for a great price! While I was waiting to get my food. A worker gave me a small ice cream for free. It was pretty good and nice gesture.

Customer service at the Hitt Rd. location had gone seriously downhill in the past few years, to the point where I stopped going to this restaurant completely. Today the gentleman in the drive thru around 1 pm was exceptional. Probably the best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time. He definitely deserves to be recognized.

I go here pretty often to get an ice cream since this location is close to my apartment. They're always very nice whether I go inside or just the drive thru. The staff is hard working and always polite to me. I love coming back.
First time at this Arctic Circle and everyone was so sweet. The food was amazing and loved the Christmas music and decorations!!!

This is the best artic circle in the east Idaho ever shrimp was bomb cocktail sauce was good also and the halibut is so gangsta! Lol never ever forget a lime Rickey!! Best drink on earth! Not the cheapest but well worth it and one of my favorite fast foods ever and it a real treat! This one is the best though! Staff is super nice and I feel like I need to be a customer of artic circle for over 40 years. May a free Rickey 🤷🏻lol you guys are awesome. Avoid the one in Rigby it is sub par at best. Thanks guys! Cheat meal go to!
