I wanted to love this place so bad. Unfortunately the best thing they had going was the salad. The Cuban sandwich had WAY to much mustard and over powered the whole sandwich. I had to take the meat off the bread to make sure it was edible. My husband ordered a burger to play it safe, I wish I would've take a picture- it was practically raw in the inside. He assumed it would come anywhere from medium to well done and the host also the waitress never asked what temp he wanted it at. So maybe that's on us for not specifying but still. Do not order their organic made sodas- they aren't great. Again WANTED to love them and they just were not it. The talking between host & cook was alittle inappropriate for public ears of a cook complaining about someone putting in their resume and frequently checking back in. If you have grievances it should really be handled behind closed doors just a bit unprofessional. On a professional level if someone is reaching out they are probably interested, but I wouldn't want to work for an establishment that is bad mouthing someone calling for a job.

My FAVORITE Idaho Falls Gem of a restaurant!!! Service and staff are amazing, my favorite Salads in the world…and that says a lot since it is my main go to…absolutely love the jalapeño cilantro dressing?, but everything on the menu is delicious and healthy and fresh!! You can even enjoy a glass of wine if you choose.

It’s a really great vibe in here. They also have awesome vegan options! The dish I had- chicken chimmichurras- came well recommended and it was really tasty. The patacones were also delicious 10/10 would get again. The salad was fresh and crispy really loved the strawberry vinaigrette

It’s been awhile since I have been here and I forgot how yummy this place was. Everyone at our table tried something different. I had the Churrasco. The chimichurri sauce was perfect. The presentation is very nice. Oh and don’t forget to get a couple orders of Cunapes. ?

Love this place! All the soups are amazing. I have loved everything I have gotten there. The best part, though, is the service. I just went with a party of 5 and they had one server working. The food was out quickly and the server did great for having 7 other tables. Very impressed.

There is nothing I love more than a place that does everything from scratch, and that's exactly what arugula does. We stopped in for lunch and had beer cheese soup (on special), house salad with chicken and this homemade parsley/citrus vinaigrette while my husband had the Cuban sandwich with a side salad and homemade ranch. Every component was from scratch. But the star was the tres leches cake and Brazilian chocolate cake. Oh my gosh. I will be thinking about those the rest of our trip home to Maine

Love this spot! I'm going to stop here every time I pass by! The tripleta and the sandwhich that comes on fried plantains were both 5/5! All the meats were cooked perfect, amazing flavorful sauces and the fresh fries and side salads were so good. Definitely going to crave this!

I was pleasantly surprised with Arugula. I had a really good sandwich and salad. I can’t remember how to pronounce the name of the sandwich, but it has steak, tomatoes, mayo, pickles and a savory sauce. Totally excellent. The salad was okay. The atmosphere was very comfortable and it wasn’t all that busy during lunch on a Friday.
