Billman's Catering

I have used Billmans for a few events, and no matter my budget, who I am trying to feed, or the number of people I have, they accommodate me perfectly. I’ve done burgers and fries, all the way up to their steak and shrimp, and I am always left with my mouth watering, and my family and friends happy and wanting seconds.

We used Billmans for dinner at our daughter’s wedding last night and they are by far the best caterer I have ever used! The food was absolutely amazing and they cooked the steak and chicken right on site. The workers were all very professional and great to work with. We served 125 people with ease and the buffet line was set up very nicely. I had so many people tell me that it was the best wedding food they had ever had and I totally agree! Thanks Billmans for making our daughter’s wedding amazing! We will use them for every future event!

These guys catered a dinner for my daughter’s wedding last night! Everything was perfect. The set up clean up and food were awesome. Like so good I wish they’d open a restaurant again. Very professional. 100% recommend.

Great work, Billmans!! Thank you for excellent service and delicious food! The food was served on time, it was hot, and very good! Billman's did ribeye dinner for an event we had last week, and we'll definitely use them again. When they were first recommended, I was concerned bc of some of the reviews I read here. But I'm glad we ignored those and went with them. The sides (beans and mashed potatoes) were superb. They even graciously accommodated a 30 minute delay in serving time that we requested last minute. Don't hesitate to book these guys, they're the real deal!

Billman’s catered an event I was at recently and the food was fantastic. I haven’t had a better steak in a long time. They came to us on site and just did a great job. Can’t say enough good about them.

This companies catering services were hired for a recent event I worked for over a week. Out of the 11 meals Ive eaten so far only 2 of them have been reasonably good.
Every breakfast has been the same: very salty scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and soggy hashbrowns offered only with a minimal selection of hot sauces to add any kind of flavor.
Every lunch has been a varied mix of BBQ beef, pork, or chicken swimming in sauce that isnt very enjoyable. The macaroni and potato salads are very bland and sit out in a very hot tent through the duration of the lunch and dinner hours with concerns they are recycling the old portions which could make you very sick so most people are avoiding them.
All of the salads sit out in a very hot tent and they are wilted from the heat. They only provide ranch dressing which is warm when you put it on the salad greens.
In addition the large hot trays are powered by a single can of sterno so the eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, beef, pork, or chicken are not kept palatably hot which raises concerns in preventive medicine for making people sick.
On the upside the sirloin steak, ribeye, and prime rib, though all overcooked, were very tasty and tender enough to cut woth a plastic knife.
Overall I do not recommend this catering service.

We just got food at the fair and were less than impressed. Flavorless burgers, bland chicken. I gave two stars simply for the cleanliness I could see in their food truck and the quick service… seemed promising enough but it just was not worth the exorbitant money spent. Maybe we ordered the “wrong” thing but I am of the opinion that every single item on your menu should be worth 5 stars or don’t put it on the menu. We will skip this one next time.
