Lots of staff didn't equate to good or prompt service. Food was suitable yet lacked the spice in the spicy tuna and spicy salmon and lacked any flavor! The 2 rolls i ordered are basic and a good insite on the rest of the menu.... all kinds of factors could have led to all this .. I'll try them again and see

The food is ok but the usual 45 minute to hour wait that we have experienced the past few times we have visited really makes us not want to return. The techno music they are usually playing is terrible and it is time for some new paint on the walls. Probably not coming back for a very long time.

Wow wow wow!!!
This place needs to be known by A lot more people! Not only was the food AMAZING, But the quality and presentation was very professional! Our food came out nice and hot! The service was PHENOMENAL!! Our server was Super super nice (I Unfortunately, can’t remember her name, but she was tall, Beautiful, and had a very nice personality).
We Came from out of town and wanted to grab a bite to eat before we went home. We just went off on a limb and pick this place and I’m glad we did! These people know what they’re doing so search no further on wanting to eat good food!
Thank you so much!

The worst rainbow roll I have ever had. Old hard rice like it was left over from the night before. No fish that I could see so paper thin and the avocado was painted on. I do not recommend this place for the sushi

This was my first time here, and unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We didn’t even know who our server was, and we felt completely overlooked.

I asked twice for a high chair for my daughter and ended up having to get it myself. I also requested a water refill twice, only to be filled halfway. Meanwhile, the waitstaff seemed attentive to other tables, but we were barely acknowledged.

To make matters worse, I overheard a conversation among the staff about tipping and what they considered an “appropriate” tip—definitely not something guests should be hearing.

Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and disorganized. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both training and attentiveness.

We have been loyal customers of Blue Hashi for quite some time, but we have noticed a decline in both the quality of the food and the level of service. Unfortunately, today’s visit, as a table of two adults and three children, was the most disappointing experience we’ve had. Although the restaurant was not busy and we were seated promptly, the food took an unreasonably long time to arrive. Everyone at our table had already received their meals except for me, and to make it worse, the table of four adults that arrived after us had their food served before mine. After waiting far too long, I ultimately had to cancel my order. Management definitely needs to step it up.

The food was good! The service was meh, our server was nice, just sparse. But the music was house/techno and much too loud, so didn’t love that.

With better, more attentive waitresses, you'd get a lot more repeat customers. Real talk

It's ok. portions are small and only had 3 pieces of chicken in the chicken teriyaki. sushi rolls took about an hour and a half. our waitress told us not to bother ordering them which was very nice of her. we got in, sat down, ate and the table next to us was still waiting for their rolls and they were there before us.

I Ioved Blue Hashi! It was definitely pricy, but so worth it! It's busy on the weekends and you often have to wait for a table, but it's worth it!

What a disapointment - loooong delay in getting the food out, to the point we considered paying what we owed just to get out of there. Food quality was decent; however the rice bed on the sushi did not hold together. They really need to do something different witb the music, After over an hour of waiting the club vibe music gets old really fast and super annoying, repetitive. The server was fast on her feet, but not communicative or seemingly aware of the temperature of the entire dining room. Bummer, was hoping for a much better experience.

I've been going to Blue Hashi ever since it opened, but the past ten years, the quality has gone steadily downhill. I got a pair of rolls that were missing ingredients, which made them taste unbalanced and incredibly unpleasant. The server at the desk was excellent through it all and did her best, but I wish they had communicated that they were out of ingredients so I would have known what NOT to order.
