The worst service I have ever had my party stood at the front door for a few minutes nobody sat us 3 servers and the bartender all just looked at us so we thought maybe we have to sit ourselves no we sat at a table for with no help for 7 minutes or so then just decided to get up and leave. The worst service I’ve ever seen and I manage a restaurant in town

Weird expirence, we went in and stood at a mostly empty restaurant. We waited 5 or 6 minutes for the hostess to speak with us, which was weird because he was standing at the to go counter. A worker was nearby cleaning what looked like clean tables. She was clearly trying to look busy. When the hostess did speak to us he told us that the 1 server working had just sat 2 tables. a 4 top and a 6 top. This was also weird as one of the tables had food. He told use due to this we would have to wait 3 minutes to be sat. We asked if there was anyway we could sit down at a table even if it takes a while for service so that we could more easily wrangle or 2 small kids. We were told that was not possible. We waited in the lobby about 10 minutes and left. This was my first time a bww for a few years. We were so confused by the whole situation. Terrible service. We dont plan on going back.

The food was amazing. Had to wait a bit before we were acknowledged and sat but our server was good. I hadn't been to BWW for a long time as the last time I was there the food was terrible. Will definitely be back now.

My boyfriend and I were excited about our double date night. However, when we arrived, we waited for 40 minutes and noticed that people who arrived before us were being served their food while we hadn't even received water. It was ridiculous. Even after we spoke with the host and the server, they seemed annoyed and did not provide polite service.

Ordered boneless wings tonight and asked for extra wet....due to.previous experiences of "no sauce." Low and behold we get 30 wings and there was hardly any sauce. We really were skeptical about going here again due to the terrible food we've had twice before but thought we'd give it one more try. Well....they disappointed us yet one more time. Wings were dry, masses of fried bread with hardly any meat. I asked for wet....we got dry. I'm not sure what it takes to read a simple order. I've been a waitress and a cook for years. Is it laziness or lack of training .....I am not sure....as for us....we will not be returning.

I had to pick one star but I wish I could give them zero. I have done three online orders in the last few months and every time they either can't find the order or it is another 15 to 30 minute wait past the time they said it would be. The hostess is always rude and acts like it is our fault that they can't find it. I love some buffalo wings but I will be finding them some place else.
Food was CRAP! WTH happened? Used to be so good. Sad to see this decline, we used to love to go here.

It’s like I asked for extra wet boneless wings and I got a tiny drop of sauce on them. 47 dollars for the worst wings I’ve eaten in my entire life. Wouldn’t even let my worst enemy eat these godless nuggets they call boneless wings
It's a sports bar with some decent food. It's a good place to grab lunch or a low key dinner.

We have a Royal Theaters card that gives us $5 off a $25 purchase or more. We bought $35 worth of food and because we ordered a buy one get one free wings they wouldn't honor the $5 off. Nowhere on the card does it say you can't combine the $5 off deal with other deals that they have going so yeah, that was really cheap of them. Not too happy. They should have honored the coupon. We won't be back.
