It has been 33 minutes in this God forsaken BK drive thru. Typing as we continue to sit and wait. The employee on the intercom was an absolute hack. Very impatient. Rude. This place is more than unprofessional. Never come here. I never will again. Customer service today has become non existent.

This place sucks went there and got some lunch for me and my wife I got one of their new melts that was not melted at all or toasted and it tasted awful. And this all happened in the lobby getting my order with not a single customer in the building.

Unbelievably horrible, sat in the drive through for 20 min, and no one was in line, took 10 minutes to take my order, then another 8 minutes to cook it supposedly. I finally left after paying 13 bucks, fries were cold and gross, ahs there were onions. Tried calling customer service and they says I needed a receipt to make a complaint. Just rude as hell and I'm extremely disappointed with the burger king on Broadway in Idaho falls

Our family was on vacation passing though Idaho and decided to stay in Idaho falls and have Burger King for dinner at our hotel room, went through the the drive through and the staff was extra nice and kind taking and delivering our large and may I say sort of complicated order for the whole family. We really appreciate their kind and attentive service, and also loved the food, we all had the Impossible whoppers since we are vegetarian, and they were very good, also loved the mozzarella sticks with ranch. Thank You.

Food was very good me and daughter loved it!!! A nice young lady told me not to worry and she'd clean it right away my daughter was embarrassed she spilled the drink and the employee told her it's happens and it's okay and smiled. She made my daughter no longer embarrassed and was smiling with her I asked the young lady her name she said Kim. I will definitely be coming back Burger King has great food and even better customer service!!!! Very satisfied with my visit.

I am a burger king fan but this location is sub par. Food is always cold or old. My go-to is usually their classic chicken sandwich and you can tell it's been sitting and refried multiple times. Fries are never fresh. The other locations in Idaho Falls are way better.

The person that took our order was EXTREMELY rude and kept cutting me off and putting the microphone on hold. We asked for a drink holder and she was snappy and rude about it, and even felt the need to voice why she didn't think I would need one. Then we got our food, went home and I was dumbfounded. The fries are soggy and taste like they were sitting out for a couple hours, thr nuggets were nearly burnt and as tough as an eraser. Then to top it all off, the whopper AND chicken sandwich were dry like they were made awhile ago. I don't want to eat another bite and I will never go back to this establishment again.

This location has lost my business. Staff slapped a coworker on the face with her gloved hand then went right back to preparing food. We paid for double cheeseburgers but got singles. And we had to demand that they give us our 2 small and 2 large fries that we paid for. Further only two employees were working the other was walking around on his cellphone.
