Our family was on vacation passing though Idaho and decided to stay in Idaho falls and have Burger King for dinner at our hotel room, went through the the drive through and the staff was extra nice and kind taking and delivering our large and may I say sort of complicated order for the whole family. Food was very good me and daughter loved it!!! A nice young lady told me not to worry and she'd clean it right away my daughter was embarrassed she spilled the drink and the employee told her it's happens and it's okay and smiled. She made my daughter no longer embarrassed and was smiling with her I asked the young lady her name she said Kim. I will definitely be coming back Burger King has great food and even better customer service!!!! Very satisfied with my visit.
