I ordered the Farm Fresh Burger, husband had the Lonestar. It was a little slow getting to us, but not bad. We had a super friendly server with a great sense of humor(cute blonde, missed her name) and the atmosphere was great. We both thought our burgers were fantastic! The farm fresh was maybe one of my fave burgers ever. We’ll definitely be back.

Went today 12-8-2024. Arrived at 1:00 p.m. received our order at 2:28. No explanation or apology. We were one of four tables at the time. Will never go again. 2nd time this has happened in the past 3 months. Hard pass never again

I am so disappointed in the service team at Burger Theory. We went to celebrate a birthday with family and waited over an hour to even be seated with no acknowledgement whatsoever from a single staff member. Once we were seated, the waiter seemed very distracted and like he could care less while taking our order. It was then another hour wait to get our food. By the time it was brought out, 5 meals had been "missed" and so we then had to wait another 15 minutes for those to be brought out. We never got any drink refills and we were not apologized to or even recognized that there was such poor service. We were very kind customers during the whole time, so at the very least I would have expected a manager to come out and apologize for the delays and lack of service. I will never be back. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had.

The food here is good and served nicely. They need to pay attention to the details and keep them clean, like the walls, tvs, windows, etc.
Props to the waitress, I told her about the dirty TV screens that were there 3 months ago when we visited last time and she went and cleaned them!! Thank you! This would be a bad review otherwise.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but didn’t eat here due to the 3.8 stars. I decided to try it. I wish I would have dined here the other times. My burger was fantastic and the service was really good considering it was pretty busy for the staff. I will eat here again.
Forgot to add on precious review, the attached Burger Theory has good food and great bartender. Made great whiskey sours!! (9/21/24, 9pm ish) forgot his name but very nice and on top of drink services!

We went here about a year ago. Food was messy but good. The next day my wife and i were vomiting. We thought ok, it's been a year maybe it's different. NOPE. Patty flew right out of the burger and I started vomiting even sooner this time. Will never go back here.
