“I went through the drive through and there was some miscommunication during the order so when I came back a few minutes later Sebastian took great care of me. Was VERY polite, so friendly and took care of the issue efficiently, and professionally. Very happy with the overall service. Sebastian should be a trainer for how all Carl’s Jr employees should greet/treat customers.“
