I went through the drive-thru this time and ordered a new burger. The guy taking my order did a good job of trying to upsell me 37 times... I hope he gets a bonus when he upsells... My french fries were cold though. Darn it...

I tried to go through the app for their free hangover burger deal. I clicked on their add, went through the rather frustrating process and thought the deal would take effect after I hit order. It did not and I ended paying the full price. I might not have minded so much, but going into the restaurant to pick up my order I felt unwelcome and couldn’t find a clean table. I even asked what I could do about the order mishap and was told I’d have to contact tech support on the app, which, surprise, was also not working when I click on (contact us). Lastly, I bit into the burger and found it squishy, soggy and bland. The one star I’m giving isn’t just because of the apps mistake, but everything I experienced from beginning to end.

Went through the drive through at 6:10. Waited for 10 minutes at the speaker with only 2 customers inside. Nobody came to the speaker.... What is going on with Staffing here? They can't make an order correctly during the evening shifts anymore and now staff is just not bothering to take orders. So I went to Wendy's instead even though the burgers are greasier.

Kyle at The Northgate Mile Location in Idaho Falls was amazing this morning. We came in and he had a huge smile and greeted us with a big welcome. What an asset to your establishment. Thanks Kyle! Our food was fast and delicious too. Jim and Brenda

We need to rename this branch Kyles's Jr. We went through the drive-through a couple of days ago, and we watched Kyle fighting for his life between the drive-through and the in restaurants orders. It looked like he was the only employee there. Under pressure, Kyle was calm, efficient, and curteous.... but even so, that is not fair to him. Get Kyle some real help and a $5 dollar an hour raise. Make him manager. With love, customer who sat in the drive-through for 30 mins watching Kyle be Superman.
If you've never had a guac burger, you haven't lived. Rob the GM has a killer attitude and makes the experience a lot better. Keeps the restaurant in good shape, and I feel like I'm picky about cleanliness.

We went through the drive about 20 minutes before closing at the end of the weekend. I expected grumpy service. They were out of some things, but the gentleman at the drive-thru was patient while we made new decisions (with 3 kids that can take a minute). Despite the hour and the indecision, the guy was cheery. As a tired traveling Mom, I really appreciated that!
