Made an online order at 4:30 for two 2 for $5’s… and after waiting 15 minutes, I was informed that they were out of both drinks (that’s fine nothing terribly unusual) but then a few minutes later I was informed that they were out of spicy chicken as well for my sandwich; and for some reason the regular fried chicken sandwich would cost more (it literally doesn’t) and the cashier seemed high off this planet… so I substituted it for a cheeseburger and waited another 5 minutes. 25 minutes for two 2 for 5’s because they “are out of almost everything” and very incompetent… won’t be coming back any time soon

Went through the drive-through and at a double western and famous star. Got a single western without onion rings. Famous star had one small leaf of lettuce.. Not all worth the money anymore.

Only customer there. Order was 2 sandwiches and a small fries and drive through took 8 mins. Was expecting fresh everything but fries were old and western was cold. Not a very good experience anytime I go there.

I realize this is not just a problem of this Carl’s Jr or Carl’s Jr in general. The problem is society has accepted this as ok. You will see what Carl Jr ad says it looks like and what it actually looks like. The other challenge was that although the young lady that helped me, she had no idea what sandwich’s were what. I pointed to a floor standing poster and said that one. The hamburger was not it. It’s unfortunate the retail business routinely give false representations of their products and frequently turn a blind eye stealing from their customers. It’s easy to see here. But it happens more and more frequently.

Stopped here for dinner Jeremy W took the order. Chicken sandwich didn’t have any of the toppings on it. Then they wouldn’t answer the telephone. I not only will never go to this place again I will never go to a Carl’s Jr. again. If I didn’t have an appointment I would’ve went back and got my money back.

It's not often I get quality fast food but the other day I ordered dinner for 2 delivered to our home from here and it was delicious, even more rare for delivery! Food was hot and fresh, crispy and delicious! Thank you Carl's team for making 2 quality meals that came delivered fresh! We will be coming back again for certain, praying we will get the same experience again because it was well worth it that's for sure!

Nobody speaks very good english here at night. 0dered in drive through. They messed it all up. And then we asked for the manager. Huge language barrier. It is very difficult to make a proper order here.
Went on a Sunday afternoon. Not busy at all. Had to stand at the counter for a few minutes before the cashier came up. Stayed for about 30 minutes, and 2 other people came in. Food was amazing! Definitely recommend the guacamole burger, the big Carl, shakes, onion rings and jalapeño poppers!Parking: Plenty of parking spots!Wheelchair accessibility: Not only do they have a ramp, but the plowed and salted it! Definitely care of wheelchairs.
