It's been years since we went to Chili's. The last couple times, years ago that we went, it was a very bad experience. Things are definitely coming around. The food was great. The service was amazing. We will definitely be going back. Looks like they've rounded a corner. Thank you very much for such an amazing experience to our server and the general manager. The service wasn’t that good, they changed their queso dip, into a glorified cheese soup, the guy who brought it out, had an attitude, “that is your own only choice” is what the guy said, the prices went up,& the overall food wasn’t good, the only good thing was the margaritas, will not ever go back to chilis ever again

Absolute worst service of my life. I knew right then and there due to person who was my waiter I had issues with. I went to the host and asked to be moved sections. Moved sections and then this waiter went out of her way to come up and take photos of my children and I. I have the whole thing recorded. I told her to stop taking photos and she went to her manager and instead of the manager coming and speaking to me they called the cops on me and had me trespassed from chilis. Not only was I trespassed I had to pay for food that was WRONG! This manager did not even speak to me. They instead just called the cops! I literally tried to move away from the situation and she came up to antagonize and the manager didn’t even try to listen to us. I will forever speak of how bad this place handled the situation as well as “customer is always right” the whole thing I have on video!!

I haven’t been to Chilis in awhile and we decided to try it out tonight. The customer service was amazing. They were out of the fried mozzarella which was the main reason we went. We were disappointed, but the food that we DID order made up for the disappointment completely. It was sooo delicious and fresh. We will be returning very soon!

Really good. I enjoy their Chips and salsa appetizer, salsa is just right for munchies. Cajun pasta, BBQ brisket quesadillas, and their new dips for your food are delicious and fun. I like the queso. It's great food, just not 5 star food, whole different category. Good portions, 68$ for three of us. (Before tip) It's a chill place to eat and relax.

First of all I love me a good chilis. I got the smokehouse combo which gave me ribs, brisket quesadilla, the creamiest yummiest mac and cheese I’ve ever had, and fries. Their ribs never fail to be juicy and their brisket never fails to make my mouth water. The service was incredible. The managers were out making sure everyone was getting their needs met and our waitress was so friendly and helpful! I forget their name but they had the cutest piercing on their lips to look like a vampire. THANK YOU CHILIS!! P.s I drove all the way from poki to scratch my itch for my favorite place and It exceeded my needs!! You guys rock! Cant wait to make another trip for my baby back baby back ribs.

Went with the family last night. The waitress was really nice took our orders. Everything was great until my food came. Ordered a surf and turf since my wife wanted shrimp and I wanted steak. The shrimp were cocktail size, my Ribeye that I paid for was actually a sirloin. I ordered med rare, it was closer to med well and apparently they Sos Verde there steaks because it was Grey and had zero char on it. I was hungry and ate it without complaining because I don't like making a scene. Don't think we will be going back.
