Don’t go through the drive-through if you don’t have longer than 30 minutes. I had one car ahead of me… and it took over 30 minutes to get my juice… and there’s no way of getting out of the driveway once you pull in.
I overheard that they buy things that aren’t organic, so I feel this is false advertising. This store use to be way better. The staff is very loud when talking and can be heard from the front. Price point is not good -for not having everything that goes into the smoothies organic. All they do is try and upsell which takes out of the experience.
My sandwich was soggy after they had put it in the toaster. The staff was nice but just upsold way too much and he would not stop asking about me upgrading/adding things into my smoothie. They also do not have any vegetarian food which they had before, I definitely miss the salads.

This honestly used to be my favorite place around and the only place my daughter and I ate out at but then they got rid of every single thing we ate there and it's no longer vegan friendly unless you only drink something. Super bummer for us but if you are an animal/animal product eater I'm sure you would probably like it

If you’re in a hurry don’t waste your time in the drive thru! Super slow service! The girl working drive thru didn’t even know which order was mine! Overpriced for half way decent smoothies. I can make better at home.

Isn’t it the best feeling when you walk into a place for the first time and feel instantly welcomed?
That’s exactly what happened when I stopped by Clean Juice for the first time. The staff member who greeted me was genuinely excited to have a first-time customer. She told me about their app and how I could get a free drink just for signing up.. which was such a nice surprise.
She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I mentioned I have allergies.. and she not only confirmed the drink was safe.. but also made sure to use the proper appliances to keep everything allergy-safe. That kind of attention to detail means so much.
The juice itself was absolutely delicious.. and the experience made me feel cared for and respected. If I’m ever near this location again.. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I've ordered juice cleanses in the past and have a great experience. This recent time, not so much. Ordered 48 hours in advance using the clean juice app for 2 (3 day cleanses) and when I arrived for pick up, they literally had no stock, so much so that I would only be able to do a one day cleanse. They couldn't figure out a way to refund my money so I could just do a partial cleanse so my only options were to cancel and reorder. Not interested in paying an additional $115 when I already spent $183. So disappointing. A lot of time and prep is carved out of people's schedules when planning to do a 3 day cleanse, all waisted now. Why don't you call your customers to warn them in advance that you do not have enough juice in stock? My order was half made so clearly your staff knew well in advance that you did not have enough product for what I ordered. You should have called me. So turned off by this that I don't plan to do a cleanse using Clean Juice nor will I ever visit again. Customer lost. Be warned if you're thinking of doing a cleanse with them, save yourself the headache and disappointment and call ahead before you place a cleanse order on their app. Hope my money is actually refunded, as they couldn't really provide proof of that either! Train your staff better to handle refunds!

The staff working today was super sweet. I’m sad I didn’t get her name. While we waited for our drinks and food, my boyfriend and I watched her stay extremely calm and polite while dealing with a rude customer in front of us. I hope the worker has a wonderful day and knows her kindness is infectious, and thank you for our delicious drinks. ❤️ We’ll definitely be back.
Juice is very good… poor service though
Even though I love the food, the staff has never been welcoming and they are often quite cold to interact with so just hope they don't mess up your order.
When you pay $12 for a sandwich and can smell how badly burned the bread is through the wrapper before it's been opened, you'd think an apology or acknowledgement would be given after asking for a remake. Nope. They barely said anything and acted very annoyed and put out. Although the second sandwich wasn't burned, it tasted awful too.
Although burned sandwiches haven't been my normal experience here (I get the same sandwich every time), the atmosphere and less-than-friendly staff is a frequent enough occurrence to make me not want to go there again.
I drove all the way from Pocatello to get some fresh customized juice and they told me they cleaned the juicer and won’t make it for me so they don’t wash it again! 20 min before closing!!
I have tried Clean Juice twice now. I love it!! Today I bought an egg sandwich and a Double One smoothie. It just feels good to have something good in your body other than alternatives that aren't always the healthiest.
