I was visiting Idaho Falls and went to Copper Rill based upon the reviews. It may have been the best meal I have ever had at a restaurant, and I am not young. The food was excellent! The server was new, so I don't fault her much, but is the reason for the four stars. The crab cakes were the best I have ever had. The Black and Blue filet was perfect. Many times a filet may be so tender you can cut it with a fork, but taste like wet mushy cardboard. This wasn't crazy...
