This place beats Cafe Rio 100%! Food is actually hot, unlike Cafe Rio who always seems to serve their food cold or at room temperature at best. Customer service is much friendlier. The ingredients are very similar to Cafe Rio, if not better. The difference is Costa Vida serves greater portions of meat than Cafe Rio does. Always feel cheated on the meat at Cafe Rio. The seats were cushioned and comfortable and the area noticeably cleaner and brighter and warmer. The horchata was much tastier! You earned a customer today, Costa Vida! Shout out to Braden, Emma, and all the front liners who served excellently today!!

Ordered 3 salads. The first two were....ok.... but the sweet pork nacho stated it came with all the works. When I went to pick up my order, it took over 10 minutes to recieve it and the sweet pork nachos had only a big glob of pork on top of the tortilla chips (after stating I wanted more than just pork). If you are in a hurry and want your food done correctly....don't go to Costa vida. Used to be a good place with excellent food and efficiency, sad to see it go downhill.

Stop filling our cups up with ice! Super annoying that every time we get a drink and even request light ice, it’s still overloaded with it! Ice shouldn’t be more than 1/4 cup full max.

I've ate here twice. Both times I had an issue. The second time, I waited 40min to get a cold burrito. The food tasted good but 11$ for a cold burrito doesn't cut it.

Looks like Costa has joined the " gouge the loyal customer " route like the big chains. Chincy portions and huge price increase. And, no kidding, $1.25 for a teaspoon of sour cream!! Got ripped off
Crazy slow. Empty restaurant and still took 20 min to pick up my order.
