Great location. Parking is easy and there are plenty of spaces available. There is rarely a line for gas. Good gas prices. The pumps are well maintained. Fast service at automotive . We got new tires and a battery no issues and very timely. Great food selection. Friendly staff and short lines. Weekdays definitely are less crowded. Win win.

Went today to pick up some items ( which by the way they were out of several things so what was the point) as you know when u go in they check ur card and when ur at the register u insert said card and are checked again at the door for the receipt. Annoying but doable. Now they are checking your card before u even get to the register! 4 times people? Reeks of border patrol except you can get into the U S easier than Costco! With my products not being there and getting checked another time (4) smfh. I will not be renewing and I will be shopping at Sam's from now on! Totally stupid!!

What can I say it's Costco!We have found some pretty great healthy options here! And a few of those being from France.I will say it seems smaller then other Costco's I've been to. (California, Vegas, Virginia, for comparison). Might just be my imagination though.You know the famous food samples? I don't personally care, but for those of you that might at least when we go there aren't many or any. But we do usually go an hour or three before closing, so keep that in mind if your into the samples.The food court is delicious as always, but also seems to have less options then others I've been too.All around though the staff is chipper and it's a good experience and they usually have something new and interesting! Oh and the Gas station is usually quick as well and a very competitive price!

People were friendly. Jess at membership was extremely unhelpful. I asked about getting my 19 year old son a membership and she didn't do it. She just said to do it online and that I should already have a membership. I live In Washington and he lives in Idaho. I thought everyone else was nice and helpful. Jess needs training.

Ordering a cake is easy at Costco. They have forms to fill out and a drop box in the back by the bakery. The cake was delicious and very reasonably priced. Don’t expect a call to tell you the cake is ready, just know that if you submitted the form it will be ready for pick up on the day you specified. It’s a very hands off process, but if you trust it, it works!

If you are expecting a super clean store, well stocked shelves, excellent product choices, great prices and fully staffed with non-woke employees, then you came to the right place, Costco in Idaho Falls is outstanding. Approximately 26.4 times better than Sam's Club. We have decided not to renew our Sams Club membership. While most places are still struggling to hire employees that refuse to work and refuse to be knowledgeable and refuse to provide great service because they are WOKE and feel entitled to have a job, Costco folks are friendly, polite, professional and are always busy working (I appreciate that ).

Super Great Deals!-Costco is a great deal! Just expect to spend a lot in one trip, most items range between 10-30 dollars. Still is a great deal for the bulk you are getting. FAVORITE PART is hands down is the food court, super cheap and delicious food!

I'm not sure COSTCO likes their customers or respects their time. I found no signs directing me to an aisle where an item might be located. Not even a director for a department! I gave up after walking up and down the rows and just left. Sam's has signs and I can go right to what I need and be done if I want. Further, they do the same thing at the gas pumps... no indication as to the price, you just take a chance, get in line and hope the gas price is what you expect. Who else does that!? I joined COSTCO as a test to see if I wanted to stay with them and not Sam's... test is over. Sam's wins!

Costco is well...Costco. It's one of the reasons we considered Idaho Falls as we like the offerings and savings we get from Costco. Being close to one was important.This location is a very good experience to visit and browse the items. The personnel are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well organized. Usually it isn't super busy.The items for sale are similar to other Costcos I've been to, with maybe a flair for some Idaho specific items. Things like outdoor clothing for farmers and sport enthusiasts. I've had my Costco Tires rotated here and they were efficient and on time. I did make an appointment and I'm sure that helped.The pharmacy is easy to work with on prescriptions. The optical department helped us find sunglasses. The sun is bright when it shines in Idaho Falls and sunglasses are a good item to have. I know when snow hits it will be an even bigger need to have sunglasses to cut the glare.As to the food offerings ... well the smells are inviting. They do have seafood and there is no smell, which means they clean these areas thoroughly. Their Pumpkin Pie is an amazing Thanksgiving dessert. Yes it was Yummy, and freezable if need be as we learned. I also find the produce they carry is fresh. They also have a good selection of organic produce.As to their wine selection, I've found some new wines to try and some old favorites. I'm pleased.Next year I'm looking forward to their garden offerings. It will be fun to see what they bring in as I'm an avid gardener.So I guess you could say I'm a fan!

This has to be one of the cleanest and not busy Costco's I've ever been to. Workers cleaning and wiping down everything in site. Great experience
