Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

I came back in again with my family last night and this one girl was helping us and she was getting a lil stressed cause she asked one the the boys to take the person in the drive thru and he wouldn’t do it right away and it was stressful on her and I felt so bad for her cause she was taking care of us and I believe people in drive she was so nice to us tho keeping her self calm and respectful for the community of the store please give her a shout out!!! We don’t remember her name but she was amazing helping us and try to help others in the drive!! One of those boys tho was not doing much at all they would have like tickets of orders and not doing them as they came out that the other boy and the one girl was doing them mostly I’m not sure if it is cause they were out of beef for the night as they told us but who ever was working up in the front was a bad worker from us seeing everything the girl was working so hard trying to keep everything good and in place!! She needs a shout out!!

Always inconsistent; rice wasn’t cooked.

Didn’t taste that good. It doesn’t taste like it used to. The way the order was taken was really weird and made it awkward Very little sauce. We also got something that wasn’t on you list kko kko bop

They take forever to answer the driveway. It took them like 15-20 mins to give me my bowl, and when I ordered my bowl with no rice butjust noodle, they only gave me half of a bowl and it cost me more than 10$. Absolutely ridiculous! No coming here anymore. Not worth the price or time.

Food was okay, but I hate the mandoo sauce. That disgusting sweet soy sauce is basically sugar jelly. I want spicy vinegar gyoza sauce with my mandoo, not that sweet diabetes paste.

The mandoo would have been better if it was actually warm, the flavor was pretty good. However the chicken was rock hard/over cooked or just sitting in the warmers longer than they should be without replacing for fresh food. The sauce tasted weird. The service was nice which gave me hope. Once I actually ate my food, it turned out to be a big disappointment. I don't plan to come back.

Really disappointed. We usually love Cupbop so we grabbed it for dinner on our way home tonight. By the time we got home (we live about 30 minutes away) we realized that the sauce was completely different. It was extremely spicy, basically inedible. I called to ask if they recently changed it and I was then told that they were out of the spice level we ordered so they’ve been substituting it with the level 7 sauce. We were not informed of this when we placed our order and because we live so far away we didn’t want to waste a trip back to get a refund. So the food and our money spent went in the trash.

So this is my first time ever eating at cupbop the food was hard it tasted like it's been sitting on the counter for months it sucked it tasted like it was preheated it was just absolutely disgusting do not ever eat at this restaurant I would really like my money back
