They were out of 6 items and the waitress did not inform Us until we were ready to order. Our bill for 4 people was $600 and we brought our own wine and the waitress never poured our wine
Fish usually has some odd fruit topping. Drinks are limited and over the top expensive. Markup on wine is more than industry standards. No bar for solo business travelers to sit and eat. Most of this could be overlooked if they didn’t wash their napkins in an overpowering laundry detergent this last trip. I walked in and almost walked out. As I stayed longer the smell grew stronger as more people showed up and their laps heated these things up. Also, too many people order the Wagu and talk incessantly about how each bite is, say, $25. As per usual Idaho Falls’ standards, men wear ball caps and shirts without collars.
Amazing food! Only did 4 stars for the $600+ bill ( 2 cocktails, glass wine and $100 bottle). Was it worth it, hell yeah. Lamb appetizer perfectly done and tasty. Missed steak flight on appetizers so ordered 2 different NY strips. Waygu melted in my mouth but other had the chew I like in a steak. Freaking flavor fab. Lobster fried rice was good would do brussel sprouts next time but husband did his steak Oscar style with asparagus so I can get veggie on. Wine list good. Bananas Foster whole reason we went here, my husband the connisuer was highly impressed. Flavor and plating 10 stars. Small intimate space. Our server Sky was great!
Amazing from start to finish. Best restaurant in South eastern Idaho. Great apps. Drinks, salads, main course and dessert. Ignore the negative reviews. They either didn’t dine here or are delusional.

Absolutely delicious! Appetizers to main dish ....amazing Left full because we didn't want to stop eating it was soooo good. Still thinking about it the next day .
We used to come here years ago before I moved to Los Angeles or whenever I’d visit and I was so excited to come back. The food used to be great, and I’m sure it still is. I was looking through the menu and reviews and saw their 6% added gratuity to every bill and completely do not agree with the kitchens wages being put on the customers. The owner should be paying them a fair wage, not forcing it on the patrons. So I called to see if we could take it off the bill and they said no! In LA sometimes there is a 3% added for these types of things but you can also take it off. We always leave the servers 20-22% and know that they typically have to tip out bussers, runners, bar, etc. but I’m not ok with leaving almost 30% on a dinner.
I was going to still come and just leave a smaller tip but then I saw the owners replies to any feedback he didn’t like. I was so turned off but his lack of grace in receiving negative reviews. These two things made my decision in not coming during my trip and will prevent me from recommending it like I have been doing for years to people still in IF

Medium rare ribeye with onion and mushrooms. Genuinely the best steak I've ever had in my life

We love this restaurant. It was a bit disappointing this time because we had pre-planned what we were going to order and the truck with the lobster and the crab did not come in so they were out of our favorite entrees. And, we always order lobster fried rice and that has been taken off the menu. We ordered our usual appetizers and sides: deep fried cauliflower, lollipop lambchops, candied burnt ends, brussel sprouts, potatoes, and mushrooms and they did not disappoint. The ribeye, filet, and tuna were delicious, but just not what our hearts were set on .... always a great dining experience.

Very novel and delicious menu items. Lamb was superb. Wine list generally overpriced for the labels offered. Friendly low key service - had to request silverware but request was cheerfully acknowledged. Would definitely go again when in Idaho Falls.
They don’t treat you well, even though it’s the most expensive restaurant in town. I’m not sure if it’s because of my skin color or if that’s just how they treat all their customers. The water tasted strange, and when we asked to have our leftovers boxed up, they threw the food away instead.

d'Railed was absolutely delicious. The Chef knows what's up and how to treat each of the dishes that landed at our table. Every bite was a pleasure. The Staff were friendly and helpful and the evening was exceptionally pleasant all around.
The food was excellent but the customer service was not great. For a fine dining establishment and the price of the food we expected better. We were told upon arrival how busy the hostess was and she didn't have a table clean. She then sat us at a dirty table and we had to ask our waitress to have the hostess come back to clean it. The waitress didn't come to our table as frequently as we would have liked. We had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to come to our table so we could order a drink. When our hostess did come to the table and we asked if we could order a drink she told us that our waitress was busy. When you are paying for a steak that is $120 you expect better.
Incredible food. Incredible staff, incredible atmosphere. One of the best restaurants I’ve visited In the United States
