Twice I have ordered ahead at the Dutch on 17th. Both times I arrived after my drink was supposed to be ready and had to wait over 20 minutes. Today I arrived eight minutes after my drink was supposed to be ready, waited 20 minutes during which multiple people walked up, ordered and immediately got their drink. I should not have to wait 30+ minutes for ONE medium iced drink that has three ingredients. This location is absolutely ridiculous and the drinks both times have been gross after waiting so long. So disappointed and will not be returning.

Spent $4+ on a soda just for it to not be filled up all the way simply because I asked for light ice. Kind of asinine I pay for a drink and get jipped just cuz I don’t want it to be 90% ice.

I had a problem with a drink at another location and Riley went above and beyond to fix it even though it wasn’t their problem. They were very kind and helpful. Riley is the kind of person why people love Dutch so much. She’s a saint. Love this location especially and the company.
