I come to this location every day. On April 2 at 10:45 am I ordered 2 medium sugar free mocha extra sweet they tasted like cream no mocha flavor I would complain but I am a type 1 dibetic and I take insulin I take the same amount of insulin every time I get my coffee today my blood sugar drop due to the fact my coffee was not made correctly.

I can't get enough of their Golden Eagle! Their blended Golden Eagle Chai is just incredible. But one day my husband forgot to say "chai" and we got Golden Eagle blended coffee ... and we both loved it as well! Lol. Delicious!

Stopped to get a drink. They have signs advertising 3 Valentines drinks. Latte, Rebel, Frost. I asked for the Rebel. She said which one? I said the one you have advertised for Valentine’s Day on the SIGNS. She kept saying which one?It’s sad when the workers don’t even know what specials you are running that day. If she did and was just being rude and playing dumb? That was not cool either. After she handed me my drink…her co-worker came to the window yelling at me.Most rude experience I have ever had at a coffee shop. Needless to say. I pulled over to give a review.At least a dollar is going to a charity.Shaking my head at both girls behavior.

I am hooked on the hot Golden Eagles. My grandkids love the kids hot chocolate and my DIL loves the Christmas Morning Chai with soft top. The staff are always so cheerful and friendly. I love Dutch Bros.Kid-friendliness: They have kids cups that are reusable and they make the hot chocolate "not too hot." They also have milkshakes that the kids like.

Drive-through is usually the most popular option.Kid-friendliness: Hot cocoa in kid cups that are reusable. They had these when my grand babies were younger, so idk if they still have these, but they probably do. These kids freeze type drinks with many flavors.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible window on opposite side of drive-thru.

I thought it was just your basic coffee stand and then I realized they have a walk up and a drive through and a huge selection of drinks way more than I thought. That place is awesome They also have people to come to your car to take your order so it makes it even more efficient in the drive thru. I highly recommend this
1st time. Great drinks! And the associates were awesome , in my opinion better than Starbucks !
