Went to yellowstone store ordered 2 carne asada burritos & 2 cheese tots burritos were stone cold never heated all you could taste was soure cream did not get tots but 1 order of cheese frys .

Worst ever. You bill board is a lie.. I was the only customer in the store. 3 employees on the floor. Takes 20 min to build 5 tacos out of pre made ingredients. Then they forget the sauces you order. HORRIBLE service. Been going here my whole life i sure they would bring it back to what it was. Or close the doors.

Location is feeling more and more rundown; I wish they would spruce up the property more. Did us consistent and great (though refried beans didn’t seem fresh). Staff was super friendly though.
This is the worst fast food dine in experience I've had in quite a long time. The staff tried to pretend that the line of customers waiting, did not exist. It took 5 minutes for the girls to give up and take an order. I ordered 2 five packs of the crisp soft tacos. I waited 25 minutes to receive our food and received a tray of regular hard shelled tacos instead. During the wait I noticed my table was very sticky, so we moved to another. This one was stickier. I looked around and noticed nothing was clean. Stay away from this branch. It needs shut down in my opinion.

So incredibly frustrated. I picked up a doordash there about 6:15 on 6/29/2024. No one said hi or even said anything to me until I got the order, but yet the next person that walked in was said hi to. I could hear the two employees in the kitchen working hard and communicating with each other. There was a third person who was wandering around the whole time and looked lost. I normally try to be understanding and not get mad, but it's a little hard not to be when I get the order about 15 minutes later, and there was someone else who could have been helping in the kitchen. It was extremely slow in the restaurant and I had a huge order, surely the lost one could have helped somehow.
5 start experience for very good price! Manager is a QT so that’s always a plus!
