I use to love the 17th street location. The service was good and the food was great. But the last two times have been awful. The soft meat burritos were flat and I mean like they were run over by a steam roller. No cheese and very little sauce. The flavor not good at all. The cheddar tots were over cooked and hard to eat. The tortillas were crumbling and stale. We ain't be going back unfortunately. That's way to much money to waste on what we got. Oh and we had it delivered from door dash.

If I’m being honest, the first time I ate here was absolutely terrifying!! I’ve never been yelled at or watched a manager yell at paying customers like that. That being said, I have heard that this place has great food and a nostalgic 90’s vibe so I decided to give it one more try and I am so glad that I did! The service was quick and the food was pretty good. They redeemed themselves and I’ll for sure be back next time I’m in town.

Looks like things are slipping here. The staff is talking out loud about not being paid enough to do certain tasks. My fresh cut fries look like they've been reheated about three times. This will probably be our last trip to this location

I ordered taco salad, crisp bean burrito, a side of ground beef. The crisp been was very good the small cup of meat was $2.35 before when you ordered a side of meat the cup was full not this time it might have a cup of meat. Then the taco salad they left off the items I requested and the portion of lettuce was ample the toppings…onions plenty, cheese very little and meat on the salad which is right around d 8 or 9 bucks might have had a 1/2 a cup of meat it was very disappointing a taco salad usually has taco meat. I have given the new owners couple chances but not again it was so bad I will not be going back and if asked would I recommend to anyone…NO.

The food here is getting worse and worse. The food has been cold when delivered. The tater tots are only partially cooked and soggy. Tonite the meat was burnt and once again cold tacos and poorly cooked tots. Food used to be so good. This hasn’t happened just once but for about the last dozen or so visits. We asked for tots and got fries. Got a toco that only had meat it. We will not be going there again.

They hardly had any customers no customers in the lobby, just me. Employees sitting in the lobby playing on their phones. Only going to the back to make food for drive through.

Got the order wrong. Took 25 minutes in the drive thru still got the order wrong and overcharged . Cashier couldn’t figure out how to ring up the order correctly .

Classic East Idaho food place. Can't go wrong with the crisp meat or bean burritos . Sounded like the person taking our order thru the drive thru was being bothered by us and we could hear them like huffing and puffing in annoyance
They were kind and fast. Our food was hot and the toppings were fresh& crisp. We spent about $35 . But that was between 4 of us. Which makes the Family Meal#B our favorite go to when we stop here .

I can’t have gluten and the employees were super helpful and made me crispy bean burritos with gluten free tortillas! They were super good and crispy! I previously went to another location and the customers working there had no clue what I was asking about and just guessed and gave me whatever, then got annoyed when I got a taco I didn’t even ask for. At this location they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was asking for! 😁
