I ordered a 5 pack of bean burritos got a soft flower taco did a circle in the drive thru after seeing it’s not what I ordered and some kid finally comes to the window and asked “so there’s no bean burritos in that fiesta bag.?” I said nope and he asked to see the bag as if I was lying to him and I showed him and then he said “ohhhhh ya someone must have have You the wrong bag.” First of all you should know what you’re handing out the window to make sure it’s right and second of all don’t call your customers a liar in a round about way because of your mess up

Great experience, people and atmosphere. Karen, Cynthia and Mia were having a good time and it definitely made our visit fun. Their managers should probably show them some appreciation because good help isnt easy to come by, however from experience fiesta ole would rather hire people that lack motivation and experience or will only rehire people that hated their job the first time but WONT rehire certain people for unexplained reasons even thought they did ALOT for the company and were burned out. Anyways.... Great job tonight guys food was great and so were you!

At first I thought this one would be like the other ones but this one is awesome. It has great food and service. I would say the best worker is Karen she is a good worker and she was really nice, she just was really nice and understanding I would really recommend this place!
Had a great experience tonight, the manager Karen was very nice and helpful. The staff was great they seemed to be having a great which made stay fun and entertaining ? you guys rocked it tonight thank you!!!!

Takes forever! 20+ mins in the drive thru and multiple people pulled out of line. The cook received an Uber order for a Chik fil A milkshake (I’m serious haha) while we sat in line watching.

9/14/24 probably around 11:34am 1st time ever going here and The manger and the crew where super nice and got my large order done quickly. They made sure I had all the condiments I needed. Best part was the order was correct and not sloppy made ! 5 star crew!

The food never fails to be amazing. . . But the owners need to hire new workers. The lobby was closed with no explanation, but when I went through the drive through there was plenty of people working. I like going into the lobby so u can hey my own sauces. Since they don’t bother to ask how many and just close the window on you before you try to say anything

Kami was our order taker and she is the sweetest lady ever. We were having difficulties transferring funds and instead of letting us wait she paid for our entire meal!!! What a sweetheart I will be coming here more often for the nice service ❤️
Food was cold, I asked for fresh tater totes after returning the first old ones. Got served the same over held ones again had to return them again. When I got the fresh ones they were mixed with fresh and the cold ones. WHO DOES THAT?
