It was ok they forgot half our order. Didn't yell it out so it sat up at the counter for a bit. And then we had to ask for the rest. Thy said they would bring it out but then didn't.

Do not get the smokehouse brisket sandwich! The brisket is horrendous! I took one bite and couldn’t eat anymore. The meat was gritty and looked like it was put through a food processor. They did replace my sandwich though so the service was good but the sandwich was bad!

First time back for quite a while, it was a big disappointment. Staff did a good job and not to through shade on them, but this place needed some adult supervision! Out of ice in the soda machine, 8 to 10 of the choices were out, 2 of the 3 napkin dispensers empty. My daughter in Utah, runs 3 Subways, owns a Fizz and manages one, owns Wedgies salad shop, and is aware of what is going on at all times. The owner of the franchise is to blame here for not being on top of the place. If you are having trouble with staffing then YOU should be there like she is.

Easily the worst Firehouse location I’ve ever been to. The Italian they made me was pitiful in comparison to what I get at other locations. Won’t be back.

very bad service!!! 27 minutes to prepare a sandwich and they only had about 5 customers, the employees are NOT interested in serving us, all with long faces and desperate customers waiting, hire people who even want to work or treat them well, for my part I am not going to return

Only complaint I have is when they have sales ... Not enough staff. Order my food at 7pm (online order to pick up during my lunch break) and it is not ready until 8pm or more. ) it was during the 50% off after 6. That is a bit ridiculous. Also made me late getting back to work considering they said it would be done at like 720, I showed up at 745.

Sandwich is phenomenal everytime, tried the brisket when I first came here and a friend recommended the hook and ladder, I’m picky and not a fan of onions so I get those removed but it’s perfect everytime, never had a problem with pickup orders.

Walked in today at 4:50 and I counted to 60 while a young girl counted money and the rest of the crew stood around gossiping about the owner. Nobody even acknowledged I was there. I turned right around and left.
