Great service, clean, and great food. We sat down and had our food called almost immediately. Soon after starting eating someone stopped by to ask if everything was good and if he could do anything. My only con from the whole visit is that the Christmas tree was still up halfway into January 😂

I waited in line for 30 mins just for them to take an order I ended up leaving after another 20 mins waited my time and gas. Literally just wanted a small frie.

Stopped by because there’s no custard place back home. Staff member dropped my bill, which blew away so they had to go retrieve it. Wrong change given but got my chocolate fix which was delicious.

Me and my friends had a grand time at Freddy’s in Idaho Falls! The food was impeccable and the service even better. We had a worker named Cami who helped us and she was so kind and helpful. With a face like that, she should work door to door sales! She even offered to take our trays for us and wiped up our surroundings! Great experience and even better service. We will be returning soon!

Freddy's is one of my favorite hamburger places in town! Pretty much everything on the menu is good. The staff is really friendly, and someone almost always comes by while we are eating to see how things are. If you are looking for a good burger, fries, cheese curds, or custard, this is the place

Service was great and the place was super clean. Woman working the front counter last Sunday night was spending her extra time cleaning, including wiping down the lights. You don't see that level of detail very often. Keep up the good work!

The positive is that they have a veggie burger. Unfortunately, the total at the drive thru screen was different than what they charged me. They did not explain this and just charged me the extra amount. When I asked they explained someone else made a mistake and made no effort to ameliorate. They did not give me the receipt, I had to ask for that too. Then they started to hand me someone else’s order, grabbing it back from my hand with no courtesy, or clear communication, when they realized their mistake.
