The vegetable sushi list is longer than most of the many sushi places I’ve been. They have edamame as an appetizer. The Super Veggie Roll was good and the presentation was nice.
It comes with a salad though, which I did not know. The salad has a mayo based dressing on it, so ask ahead of time for no salad.

Literally one of thr most amazing Hibachi and Sushi spots you could ever go to! I love going here to celebrate special occasions, and their food is DELICIOUS! Service is also outstanding as well! I highly reccomend Lobster to the hibachi, and the light, fluffy, chocolaty dessert!

The server didn’t know what a small hot sake not a pleasant experience. Won’t go again was. He presented me with a wine glass of sweet plum wine. Not what I asked for. The sushi had a weird sauce and the rice had been over sweetened.

We ate there there twice during our two week stay it was so good. Veran was our server both times and she was just personable and attentive. Most sushi places don’t have a full bar but they do. We’ve never seen such huge pieces of Salmon Sashimi. Definitely recomend!

Honestly I don't even know where to start. Not only is all the food amazing and trust me I've tried almost all of it. From the sushi to The Hibachi and everything in between it's really hard to go wrong with this restaurant but for us it's more than that. We began like many other people coming on special occasions only but some of the staff have become true friends. I want to especially shout out JB and phone. Yes his name is phone it is not a typo and he is an amazing person. Their personal attention and friendship and genuine desire to make sure they create the best experience they can for every guest has really been unparalleled at any other restaurant in our experience. This has become our favorite family restaurant not just for special occasions. If you want to truly amazing Sushi experience take a seat at the sushi bar and don't even worry about looking at the menu just describe what you like and wait for the creation they put in front of you. We literally have yet to be disappointed putting our trust in the hands of phone at the sushi bar. If you've never tried this restaurant you are missing out. Do yourselves a favor and go reward yourself with a great experience!

Cesar is THE BEST bar tender we’ve ever had, not just at Fuji, but in the COUNTRY. (And thats saying a lot because I travel constantly) seriously give that guy a raise because he was absolutely killing it all evening!!

Super fun place! It was very busy the night we went so it was probably louder than normal, but we could still talk to each other. The food was delicious - especially the rice - they add some buttery goodness and it tastes so good!! The cook came fast with our food to cook in front of us and he put on a fun little show.
