Wow! We love Himalayan Flavor. The food is incredible, and so is the staff. There is a wide variety of options on the menu, and if you're eating vegetarian, they have a great selection. We will be back.

After being on the road for 6+ days traveling across country, stumbling upon Himalayan Flavor was a gift from above. As a vegetarian I was elated with the extensive and authentic vegetarian dishes this establishment offers. My kind and attentive server, Mysha, provided wonderful recommendations to help me select my entree, the mushroom jalfrezi with garlic naan. The food was amazing, vibrant flavors, perfect balance of spices and fresh herbs. I was blown away by the overall experience; the atmosphere, sense of community foster by the staff and the delight radiating from the patrons was unmatched. Himalayan Flavor was favorite dining experience during my week long cross country trek on 1-90 from Philadelphia to Portland. I’m obsessed to say the least. Also very affordable and reasonably priced. Check it out !!

I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and it was a 10/10. After a long day this hit the spot! Mysha was a very friendly and welcoming server, answering any questions we had about the menu. Definitely recommend!

What a lovely surprise tucked away in the heart of Idaho Falls! We were back in our hometown for Memorial Day weekend and stumbled upon Himalayan Flavor—a true hidden gem we didn’t expect to find in a small town.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The restaurant was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had a calm, inviting atmosphere. Our server, Mysha, was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable.

We ordered the Tandoori Shrimp and Saag Chicken. Both dishes were outstanding. The shrimp was perfectly seasoned with a smoky char that made each bite pop. My Saag Chicken had deep, rich flavor with incredibly tender meat—one of the best renditions I’ve had anywhere, big city or not.

This place exceeded all expectations. Clean, flavorful, and genuinely delightful service. Don’t let the small-town location fool you—Himalayan Flavor delivers big on authenticity and taste. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town.

The food was amazing. But the service sucked. We sat for 30 minutes without drinks, food or anything and nobody checked up on us. Then we had to ask for refills and everything.

Food was alright overall. The veg uthappam was not good and left a lot to be desired. The chilli vegetarian momos were alright. The jalfrezi paneer was decent but the portion size was small. Rasmalai and garlic naan were just okay. Something interesting and peculiar about the food was that we were asked for the spice level of one item between 3 to 10 and another item to be between 7 to 10.

Mysha was fantastic. We were visiting and new to the area and she was very helpful with the menu items and suggestions per our tastes as well as spicy level. Thank you for great food and great service, the naan is off-the-hook, good.

We had such a pleasant experience here! The food was good, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Honestly, even if you’re just curious, come here for the hospitality alone,it’s some of the best I’ve ever experienced.

Our food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering, which was impressive. We tried the Gobi Manchurian (10/10 – absolutely delicious), the Samosa Chaat (7.5/10 - a little tangy, but flavorful), Paneer Tikka Masala (7/10 – solid, but a little to sweet), Garlic Naan (10/10), and Chai (10/10 - perfect)

What elevated the whole experience, though, was the staff. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They offer a wide variety of dishes and deliver service at a level that's truly rare to find.

Food was excellent as was the service. Mysha was friendly, knowledgeable and served us well.

Top tier Indian food. I had the mango curry at a 3 heat level and it was perfect. Not to spicy at all.
And the vermicelli payasam dessert was the best pudding I’ve ever had in my life. Soooo good! I will be back!
