Food is good but service staff is awful!!!! I’m done coming here!We have been here multiple times and everytime the staff is slow, clueless, inattentive and if we have questions and they don’t know, we don’t get an answer. Today was my final straw when I ordered to go and had a questions about the noodles being cooked, I was given the run around and told the noodles were already warmed so there was nothing they could do, when I asked if we could ask the chef, their response was “uhhhhh”. Then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for Togo order even though I was told “everything was already warms And ready to go”. (Two bowls of ramen and chicken side). It is the sheer lack of common sense and lack of problem solving that is infuriating. It’s enough to make me stop coming here. *edit to add: my order was wrong after getting it, have been trying to call the number for two hours and hence yet to get an answer, voicemail or call back. —After multiple hours finally got ahold of the manager who says they don’t do refunds per the owner, even if they charge you for something but don’t give you it.

Fantastic ramen. Lots of varieties. Gyoza were perfect. No tofu to substitute for protein. :( Staff seemed bored, but service was quick because we had the place to ourselves.

I got the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen and the Takoyaki Balls. The Takoyaki was pretty good, great texture and taste, a bit too much mayo. Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramens broth was off, almost as if it was made with store bought bone broth, as the base and had an odd odder to it. I have had Ramen from many other locations across the US and Japan, this restaurant was the most “unique” one I’ve had. If you prefer traditional flavors I would not recommend. Oh if you like boba they do have a weekly menu so give that a try and skip the food.

I visited for dinner as a group of 4. We got a few appetizers and ramen and I have to say, we all LOVED the food. We enjoyed the chicken karate and spring rolls for appetizers and got numerous types of ramen bowls as our entrees.
The only down side was that service was kinda slow, unfortunately it looks like scheduling of staff needs to be reviewed as there was one waitress for the restaurant and it took 45 mins to get appetizers and over an hour to get a bowl of ramen.

Our family loves coming here, the service is as good as the food!! Always treated kindly and the ramen and rice bowls are delicious. Probably our favorite restaurant in town. Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
First, they close way to early, 8:30 on saturday... We came in at 8:12 and they let us know that we could get our food to go as they wouldn't serve us in restaurant. You would think that with an expensive price tag for a meal, you would at least get good service, especially when you show up within business hours.

Had a wonderful time with some delicious food. The waitress I believe her name was Isabel was awesome!! I know other posts say that the portions were small, but I got a big bowl of Ramen and I didn't even eat half of it. I was so full.
