Beware Togo orders, check your order before leaving. I made the mistake despite my better judgement not to check because I thought the 10th ramen company would get it right. Wrong. I ordered extra noodles and broth and got extra noodles and not extra broth. What the heck am I going to do with the extra noodles without the extra broth? Needless to say, I called but, honestly, after driving 30 minutes round trip for this, I’m not driving another 30 minutes round trip for broth while my current broth gets cold. Are you going to pay me for my time and gas for going out there? Doubtful…If someone orders more ramen automatically assume more broth. For me I was ordering on the phone while steering at their online order form. So, I got ripped off. I’ll be disputing this charge tomorrow morning for at least half or 3/4 the total cost due to product not as advertised.On the plus side, the girl who took my order (and accidentally inputted it incorrectly was nice and willing to try to make it right but, my patience was limited so I didnt stay on the line.

I never write reviews but the gentleman who took care of us made a genuine impression on me and my girlfriend. We showed up just before they opened and were met by a locked door BUT he cared for our business enough he ran out the side to lets us know they were just about to open and he let us in. His hospitality was absolutely wonderful even gave us a discount for the longer then normal wait because he let us in early! Not to mention the ramen and milk tea is amazing. Not sure if he is a manger or the owner of the place but the pride he takes in his job and the true hospitality he showed has earned him a loyal return customer!

Everything was PERFECT!! All of the staff were friendly, the food came out fast, the restaurant was clean, and the flavors were AMAZING. My friend's fiance is from Japan, and he introduced her to this place. He said it was really good, and that the flavors taste authentic. I will definitely be coming back again! Couldn't reccomend more ❤️
Amazing food; they do a great job! Highly recommend the spicy beef Ramen (It's not actually that spicy and there varying levels of spice you can select)

We had a great, low key meal at Hokkaido Ramen House in Idaho Falls. Our server was professional and attentive. The food was great! We had the spicy beef ramen, the veggie ramen, the takoyaki and a special app which was a seafood fritter. We would definitely eat here again.
