I loved the chopped veggies in the cashew chicken! The water chestnuts were my favorite!! Got the lunch portion and it was large! The fried rice was fluffy and good! I loved seeing one of the ladies working in the back smiling while she worked! ❤️

Honest Chinese/American food. The egg deep fried in batter, had I known I would have asked for a regular egg roll. Pretty good price

Hong Kong Restaurant sits just off busy W Broadway St. in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Walking into the store, I was seated quickly. The restaurant is medium-sized, with a little over a dozen booths and three large tables. It is cool, and smartly decorated, with instrumental music playing softly overhead. My favorite part of the decor were the beautiful glass light fixtures. My order was promptly taken and I was served quickly. Today I ordered the Sizzling Beef with fried rice. The food was served hot and appeared appetizing. My waiter was on top of table-touching, but was not overbearing, so I was happy about that. The food was delicious and the portions were good sized. Hong Kong Restaurant is a great spot to grab some authentic Chinese food!

We ordered food for pick up. Our friends order here a lot so we were expecting the food to be good. I ordered the fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. My husband ordered the Chow Mein and sweet and sour pork. We also ordered pork and seeds. The sweet and sour chicken was cold and hard as a rock. I ended up throwing it away. My husband did his sweet and sour pork was cold and hard as a rock as well. He threw it away. We won't eat here again since there are so many other places that serve great sweet and sour pork or chicken. The fried rice was good and the chow Mein.

The Hong Kong is amazing! We used to live in Idaho Falls and this was our family's favorite restaurant. Now that we're in Utah, we try to get it at least once every time we visit the in-laws. Best rice I've had at any Chinese restaurant. Chicken is tender with crispy breading and delicious sauce. We usually do take out and eat in the park in the summer. Portions are generous. Friendly service.

Nice restaurant, Friendly. Really liked the fried rice. Had the #10 from the lunch menu with the pot stickers. I would recommend the pot stickers. The price was fair.

This place is great - awesome food, friendly staff. It's a little small, but I normally get take away so no worries with that route. Just good
