Hot Spring PHO is within walking distance for us so it's a regular lunch spot catching up with each other, colleagues, and clients. Food is always amazing, the restaurant is clean, and the staff works hard to remember its regulars and even how they like their food. We love having them downtown!
Hot Springs Pho is a small Vietnamese restaurant tucked in downtown Idaho Falls on Shoup Street. It has a friendly, welcoming, informal atmosphere. Prices are in the $10-$17 range with fairly large helpings. I loved the flavor of the pork and shrimp rice platter --slightly sweet. Also, as I am gluten- and dairy-free, it is nice to find a menu with a good number of options I can actually eat. Definitely on my list to visit again!

The Pho is really good and so are the drinks. But the spring rolls aren't that great. The pork was so dry, and the peanut sauce was super grainy. I'm also sad to see the huge jump in prices. The pictures of the menu prices are not accurate. This will keep me from coming here sadly..
