Jack in the Box Jumbo Jack: A Disappointment My recent experience with the Jumbo jack was far from satisfying. The burger was extremely dry, making it difficult to swallow and diminishing any potential flavor. The only taste I could detect was the overpowering onion, which masked any other ingredients that might have been present. To add to the unpleasant experience, the burger wrappers were wet, making the whole thing messy and unappetizing. It's unclear whether this was due to condensation or some other issue, but it certainly didn't contribute to a positive impression. Overall, this Jumbo Jack was a letdown. The dryness, lack of flavor beyond the onion, and wet wrappers made for a disappointing meal. I'd recommend trying other options on the Jack in the Box menu or perhaps visiting a different location in hopes of a better experience.

I miss being able to eat at Jack in the Box, there’s not any where I live. I’m not embarrassed to say this was the BEST one I have ever been to. SOOOO GOOD, I went there 3 days in a row, just for the loaded tiny tacos, and my dog devoured their chicken strips!!! Sorry, but the food was so delicious and eaten in the car before pictures could be taken. The

Walked into the restaurant it was clean the cashier dropped what she was doing, was ready to take my order right away. Went to sit down 2 minutes went by, my food was ready piping hot and tasty 😋. Overall great experience.

I ordered the southwest chicken salad and they didn’t cut up the chicken so I had to do it myself. The lettuce was getting ready to turn and there wasn’t that much for the almost $8 I paid for it. I was a little disappointed due to the advertising making it actually look good and fresh but that’s not what I got

Don’t even bother, you will sit in line for 20m and they will shut the drive in offffff the second you pull up so you can reverse 3 cars out of the drive through. Your food wont be hot and it definitely won’t be tasty, go to every other jack in the box in town and you’ll be happier.

Make sure to take your ID for online orders I couldn't pick up my $20 order cause I didn't have my ID I told him I have the app with the order on it and the debit card I paid with. Manager was there also said policy was policy. They should put that info on the app. I told him to cancel the order he said he couldn't so im out of those 20 I guess.
Always missing items of orders. We gave them the benefit of doubt again just now and yet again missing items. We won't be back to this location.

Drive thru the same as any. The service was slow as they were visiting with friends in a car ahead, but they were nice, and I was in no hurry. The food once I was home was presentable as if made by a road crew. It looked as though a steamroller had made the burger, nothing like the picture on the menu board. Why is it called Jack in the Box if the food isn't in a box?
