WOW 😲 just wow the employee cait has really changed my view on this place Everytime I've come through recently I'm always met with a smile and a welcoming voice she never gives me any grief about my complicated lines and she's always kind . The krew in general from the cooks to the windows clerks are fast it can be 10 cars and I might be there less then 10 mins foods great this place has really changed. And I'm for it ! Happy customer soon to be a regular again.

Another wonderful day of customer service 10 min to get 2 breakfast burritos i get yelled at buy the window attended to pull forward then no hot sauce and when I go in the manager tells me where the hot sauce is with no apologies as to forgetting it. it will be a while before I go back. Then we tasted the grease soaked burritos 🤮🤮🤮

The ice machine was empty half the sodas were out of syrup, the floor was all sticky in front of the soda machine like soda was spilled and someone did a half ass cleanup. And the place was not busy. Pretty sorry management

This place has Salsa! I only return to Jack in the Box that has it. Service and food was great! I like the Meat Lovers Breakfast burrito. Big clean restrooms with multiple stalls that even has the seat covers.

What is the point in ordering ahead so you can skip the line, if all doors are locked, no one answers the phone and no one brings out your mobile order????? Now I have paid for my food and get to wait in a line 5 cars deep so I can actually get it. Please take training from McDonald's
