Jalisco’s has been a favorite restaurant of my family for more than 25 years - when they say that they are the best Mexican restaurant in Idaho Falls, they are not exaggerating! After growing up in San Diego I can tell you that the decor, tile work, music, and atmosphere makes it feel like you are south of the border, and the service is efficient and friendly EVERY time you visit. Some of the absolute best food I've had in awhile. Both times we were there. Will most definitely come back if ever in Idaho Falls again. The shredded beef burrito is 🔥. Pollo chimichanga amazing. Had the birria tacos and would order again. Salsa was a tad spicy but I kept eating it. (Also I'm a whiner when it comes to spicy food)
