I love going to Jamba Juice, it’s one of my favorite places to go but this time when I went I ordered a large smoothie and normally when you order something you get what you paid for. But when I got my drink back a fat chunk of the drink that I paid for was missing. I’m still going to be coming back here, but it was disappointing to not get what I paid for.

hannah, sophia and marley, were the nicest ever and turned the music up for us after our soccer game!! they dealt with all 20 of our order amazing and fast and they were so nice!!

So these girls are awesome (Hannah, Sofia, Marley) they literally got our smoothies so fast for such a big group when it was so late and then I played some bops for us to dance and celebrate our win in our tournament
Hannah and Marley and Sophia were AMAZING and the razzmatazz smoothie was so yummy

So I usually don't write bad reviews because I get that people sometimes have rough days. But I've worked fast food, and these kids just totally have a bad attitude regularly. I've been there multiple times and the workers are usually rude and dismissive.I'm the customer that orders their stuff, waits until it's done, takes it, and goes without an unkind word. And yet they are still pretty abrupt with me. I understand getting tired of your job, but I'm not complaining to them, I'm not being disrespectful, always say please and thank you, and they still are unprofessional.Also, there was one day I came, it was 1.5 hours after their listed open time, and they told me they were running late and couldn't serve me for another 30 minutes. I went across the street to get breakfast, drove by, and saw them serving someone in the drive thru, 10 minutes later.I don't like this location at all!

So the food there was good but the issue I had was I ordered two of the banana peanut butter Nutella waffle bowls, one with no yogurt. The person walks out with a strawberry bowl with no yogurt and my sister pointed out the mistake and said hey, we ordered two of the banana waffle bowls. She walks in walks out and my food was still missing the ingredients. She only put in peanut butter and banana. That was it so I walk in and I point this out to her again and that is when I was finally taken seriously and she put the rest of the missing ingredients in my food. I understand making a mistake crap happens but it's ridiculous when it reaches three separate times just to get my food right and when I pointed out the mistake to her she she talked back to me with a lot of attitude about the food and proceeded to say it was put in as a strawberry bowl

My son and I came through the drive through today and had a horrible experience. First The gal taking the order on the window, seemed irritated with our order. All we ordered was four things. We get to the window, the girl hands me a bag. I accept the bag, and told her I still needed to pay. She acted surprised, Took my card, then told me she gave me the wrong order. I gave her the order back. Then she gave me my drinks, and said bye and I said we are still missing some of our items. After waiting a few more moments, the grumpy girl, came back and gave me my açai bowl. I then said well we are missing our pretzel. She shut the window and left. Then the other gal came back and handed us the pretzel and didn’t say anything. We drove away baffled with the experience. My son proceeded to get the wrong pretzel. overall we typically love Jamba Juice, but the employees attitude of indifference and unwillingness to double check their work led to a poor review today.
