I went here and ordered a Pure Orange and they didn't tell me before ordering that they didn't have orange. After ordering, they said they didn't have orange and told me to get a smoothie but I don't like smoothies. Then I asked them to refund my money. They said they can't refund me, I'll get something else.

I went into the mall today and decided to grab a smoothie and I haven’t been to a Jamba in years! I had an excellent experience, Aspen and Mckette were working this morning and had amazing customer service! They both carried on a conversation with me full of laughs, overall amazing energy from the both of them! They were quick getting my smoothie out and it was delicious! I will definitely be coming back too see them and get a smoothie both were amazing!

My wife and I had the most amazing experience stopping in our old time favorite spot. We had stop going due to the young rude kids that worked there. But today we were pleasantly surprised with a staff paying attention to the customers and a manager (young manager at that) that took time to ask us how our experience was. You could tell she actually cared. This will now be our new favorite spot once again. We need more people like this young lady in management positions. Excellent experience.

We were in line at 5:52 p.m. and were told they were closed. Their hours say they close at 6 p.m. Disappointed and not great customer service.

I went to place in order for an acai bowl and I was told it was too late to purchase this was an hour before closing. Not the best customer service with the young lady working today this has never been an issue at any other Jamba I have gone before.
