Taylor needs to learn customer service. I asked if it was a safety hazard to have their employees’ names on a board stating who was working the am shift and who was working the pm shift. I asked a simple question and once I started to drive away she told another employee “that was random”. Rude to say and ignorant to do behind a customers back. Service like that does not deserve a tip. Figure it out Taylor.

Went here for the first time today and there are at least four girls in the building. It appears that only one was actually working. The others were chatting, wiping counters and talking about the tips they received. We waited at least 15 to 20 minutes for our coffee. My husbands drink was hot, while mine was like warm. 🤦♀️ Will not come back. There are plenty of other coffee shops with good service and good coffee.

Java actually has some bomb sodas and they have bagels with cream cheese for breakfast. I was so pleasantly surprised a few weeks back when I stopped in with coworkers. So yeah I will be back and gonna take the kids to get some drinks too with the expanded offerings.
