We ordered food at 5:06 pm through Jimmy John’s app and didn’t get our food until 6:09 pm. They are 1.4 miles from our house. They did not send one of their own drivers they used Uber. They should no longer call themselves “Freaky fast”. We will not be ordering Jimmy John’s delivery anymore.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for them to refuse my money. I was trying to pay with cash, so it's not like my card declined.

We went to jimmy johns tonight for dinner and we go through the drive thru and order a #7 and 2 chicken bacon ranch extra bacon extra ranch and we pull up to the window and they only gave us the #7 and one chicken bacon ranch we go back through the drive thru to get the 3rd sandwich and when we got home they put add kicken ranch and not extra ranch on both. We had to go back and get them redone. They constantly mess up our order each time we go. The assistant manager shaun is really nice and he tries his best to fix orders,but it is the person who is taking the order that messes up and we are so done never coming back!

Ordered it at 6:10. Where i wanted it delivered to was 5 minutes away. I know they have delivery drivers but they tried using Uber eats to get it delivered to me instead and they kept dropping the delivery. So I had to leave work to pick it up. Super annoyed and super disappointed In the service. Because I got my sandwiches AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED IT.

Whenever I order delivery from Jimmy John’s I do so with 1/2 hr before I expect to eat. It should not take an hour from the time I put my order in to the time I actually get my food. Especially when the delivery happens after my scheduled time to eat lunch.

Not Freaky Fast. In town, needed a quick lunch, so I ordered ahead. Still took maybe 15-20 mins to get the sandwich. Crew did not get the chips on my order and was confused when I asked about it. Food was up to the Jimmy John's standard, just slow.

I cannot describe how insanely slow this jimmy johns location is. We have come multiple times and each time has been slower than the previous visit. If you want to get drive thru food in less than 30 minutes then pick somewhere else to go.

I've been going to jimmy johns for years. But over the past year or so this location has turned from great to crap. They consistently mess up orders. They take over an hour to deliver and the customer service is horrible. If I could order from the one across town I would.
