You can't trust placing orders ahead of time. We placed a catering order for 40 people, that we were going to pick up,a full 24 hours ahead of time. We showed up to pick it up, and they hadn't even started on it yet. This forced a delay of over 30 minutes for our meeting despite us doing everything we could to ensure things would go smoothly.
This location can't be trusted with time-critical orders.

Ordered for my lunch meeting for 40 people the day before to be ready at 11:30 arrived at 11:30 and they had not started on the order. They told me they would be a while (20 minutes or so) making me late for my meeting. I had prepaid and put on greater than a 20% tip. Wish I had waited to pay and would have forgone the tip. Did not live up to their commitments

Don’t order for delivery, they only give you your correct order about 15% of the time. I can’t count how many times I’ve gotten a completely different sandwich. And then it takes them an hour to fix the issue and deliver the right one. Sometimes. (I’ve also had the “corrected order” come back to me wrong as well.) between drivers taking an hour to get 5 blocks, Wrong orders, and rude customer service I wouldn’t recommend the 25th st store to anyone.

UPDATE: 9/8/25 delivery order (second photo) the picture says it all! -_- I expected better. First time I tried this places sandwiches after our friends ordered some and so we ordered some and had it delivered. Was amazing!!! BUT, when our family went in, well... no one knew what they were doing, no one could answer anything. Couldn't even make a sandwich that had any sauce whatsoever on it. The sandwiches we had ordered were just not that great. Very disappointing 😞. Next time our family will wait for whoever made such delicious sandwiches the time before we went in. Nice sandwich joint but please train the employees better with more knowledge and take pride in their job. It's not just a job, it's a place where families and friends gather to share joyful memories and if you don't have a desire to make delicious sandwiches then how will you go along in life? I suppose if this continues our family will find a better place that takes pride in whatever they do because helping others is important. Just to note: no one was mean or rude to us. Just so many working but didn't know what they were doing. They need more training.

DELIVERY TOOK 1 HOUR & 15 MINUTES. We called to get an update and the manager would not give us an accurate ETA or let us come in and pick up the order instead. He would not even apologize for the delay. He was very rude and defensive of his process. He said we were next in line & it still took 15 minutes after we called.

Took 90 minutes for order to be delivered!! I ordered it in advance to have it for my lunch break. That was a complete fail and to top it off you had to get uber to deliver it.

My daughter picked up a couple sandwiches. We live 14 miles away she gets home i unwrapped my sandwich and there’s no meat no cheese. She calls the manager he wants to charge us a delivery fee to bring us a sandwich. She paid cash so he couldn’t credit back the money. He could have gave us a credit for the next time we come in but he didn’t want to work something out. So she hung up on him. You just took my money for a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Will never go back again what a rip off.

Went to order multiple sandwiches and my total was 47.65. I handed them a 50.00 bill and they told me they couldn't accept a 50.00 bill. Now why is to that? Its less then 3.00 in change back.
