This is my second time getting hard bread. I can tap it and it makes a loud noise. My teeth can barely tear through it. This bread was not cooked within the last 4 hours. This has to be day old bread or longer. I love Jimmy John’s, but this location on 25th has been failing big time.

Just ordered and forgot my sauce. So I called back and they said they would throw it in the bag without charge which was so nice. Then I noticed the delivery got handed off to uber and it took forever to get to me. Then it had no sauce. I was more than willing to pay for it. But to not get it at all, and handing off the delivery to Uber was disappointing.
We love Jimmy Johns, unfortunately, this location is far from the Freaky Fast experience we are used to. There were three teenagers working behind the counter with no sense of urgency or desire to do things correctly (although I am sure they were nice kids). There were three other people ahead of us waiting for their food. The second person waiting, I don't know how long she waited, was given the wrong sandwich. We waited 10 minutes to eventually get our food. However, when we were given our food, I pointed out to the employee that there was a couple that had been waiting longer than us that had not been given their food. He started making their order but didn't seem like he cared that they had been skipped.

This was supposed to be an Italian nightclub sandwich! Saddest piece of turkey ever! This was supposed to have lots of meats but only “turkey” was on it, can’t even say that is turkey!!! I also waited for 30 minutes and I placed my pick up order an hour before!!!!

The sandwiches were good as always, However the Service was AWAFUL, Our office ordered lunch at 12:56 PM and never received our sandwiches until 02:37 (I had to call the restaurant) WHAT KIND of SERVICE is this? We could of went somewhere else and had our lunch within 30 min. So disappointing Jimmy Jones, Makes it to where we will go elsewhere for our sandwiches so we can actually eat at LUNCHTIME!!!

What happened to freaky fast? Don’t advertise that if I’m going to be waiting 15 min for one sandwich with nobody else in the store.

I paid $9.53 for a #2 on Wheat. I waited 30 minutes to find out that they hadn’t made my sandwich yet. I ended up never getting my sandwich. I will be filing a report with the BBB.

Had the double Italian and chicken caesar wrap. Both very good, $18 for two Sammy's seem to be going rate anymore. You won't be disappointed with the quality.

longest delivery time in town if they decide to deliver at all they won't call you if they decide to cancel your order so you will be wasting your time trash establishment

Didn't taste like I'm used to getting at a Jimmy John's sandwich shop. Everything looked fresh, but didn't taste as fresh as it appeared. Staff was A1 excellent. Store & facility were clean & inviting.

Is there subtle racism? No one can be sure. Here's my experience.Setting: There was another customer in the store who ordered right before us.• The woman behind the sandwich line was very considerate of the previous customer, asking if they wanted a separate bag for another sandwich they had. My spouse stayed to pick up our order, and that same woman told him "you can go ahead and build your bag yourself." A 180° turn in attitude and tone.• I meet my spouse outside of the store and leave. Once looking at out food, that woman completely smashed both our orders. There are clear finger indentations.The energy is giving microagression. I didn't have to opportunity to ask why but that's ok. Ill just leave a review.• Do note that all other employees I spoke with were perfectly kind.
