Took my girls to the drive-through for dinner. They had me pull around to the front to wait for it and as the lady came out to deliver the food she dropped our bag of food in the entry took and it her about 20 seconds or so to pick up everything up. She turned around and went back inside and in 30 seconds she came out and delivered my food to me. Another customer that witnessed her dropping our food came up to me in my truck and wanted to make sure that I knew that they had dropped my food on the floor. When I went inside to talk to the manager about it, he denied have them dropped it and if they did drop it, the food wouldn’t have spilled out on the floor. However, the lady saw at least one of the items out on the floor that the lady was putting back into the box. If none of the food came out on the floor, why would the lady have gone back inside to pretend like she was replacing it? The manager wouldn’t remake our food but did agree to to refund me the cost. However, I walked out without dinner. Your employee dropped somebody’s food on the floor (gross), make it right by refunding the cost of the meal AND remake their meal!

I have had both good and bad experiences here, but I'm changing this review to 1 star because we have gotten food poisoning here twice. The first time was a few years ago, and they made it right. They gave us a free meal to try them again. We went a few more times since then. The last time we went though, the nuggets were obviously cooked incorrectly. As we've gotten food poisoning here, I addressed it with a worker. The worker stated that all their nuggets were cooked that way even after I explained that was not normal. They replaced the nuggets with other nuggets because they said they could not replace them with a different item. We did not eat the nuggets due to their questionable texture. But I still got food poisoning from their drumsticks.
If you also get food poisoning, please report it to the department of food safety. Places like this need to be shut down if they refuse to address their food quality concerns.

I really don't know why the butter and honey packets aren't included with every meal that a biscuit is served with...this has happened to me to many times to count.. including tonight.. even after i asked if the packets were included with the meal,,, the employee promptly stated yes ..bunch of crap .. are they told by management to withhold things for more profit ... makes me wonder,, and angry...

I ordered from here on Doordash. I asked for mashed potatoes with NO gravy. I got it with gravy all over it. This is the second time they ruined my dinner by doing this. I have a food allergy. I think they are trying to kill me.

Placed an order online, drive over there to pick it up and I am told they have no more chicken. They said they are going to close in 30 min so they are not willing to cook anymore. They said the last chicken they cooked was 2 hours ago. What a joke. What a waste of time. This place is just ridiculous.

Came to eat with our family and was super disappointed! They lady helping us was super rude. Almost like we was bothering her. We went to find a table and ALL and I mean ALL the tables were dirty along with the seats or benches. When we got our food it was cold and did not taste good. Our family misses how good KFC used to be! Avoid this place!
