Went through the drive through yesterday. The service we received is the issue, as it was super slow and we did not receive 3/4 of exactly what we ordered. Two of the three smoothies were the wrong flavor and the hot cocoa was replaced with a cheesecake (based on the caramel flavor we wanted in the coca?)

I used to love going here for lunch. I went here the other day and the bread tasted like it was a day or two old and the sandwich wasn't made very well.

Kneaders is not the same as it used to be. It feels really downscale. Family went for breakfast yesterday. I did not appreciate the cheap feel-plastic silverware. No extra napkins. I had an omelette, it was cold, overcooked and rubbery. Also a very small portion. It came with toast, but no jam. We had to ask for some. Cinnamon roll appeared to be days old, not fresh at all. Had to use a plastic knife to even eat it. French toast was the only thing we ordered that was worth eating. We will not be returning for meals, ever. Poor value.

I would have given 5 stars but didn't because my bartista would not accept a tip from me. That is messed up to not allow your employees to be shown gratitude by customers. I hope you make it up to the entire crew who worked this morning and not just the one who I saw at the window. The employee who helped me was Grace.

My husband and I love the food at Kneaders. The staff are always friendly. Tonight we arrived at 8:30 for a late dinner. Upon arrival at 8:30 we noticed all the chairs were already on the tables for cleaning. We verified the 10:00 pm closing time as it appeared they were already closed. We ordered and found a booth to sit in. We were about halfway done eating when a girl started sweeping the floor near us. We took our food and moved to another booth. Before we could finish and get up, here she come again sweeping in a different area near us. Really!!! Sweeping creates dust!! As we were leaving at 9:16, I could smell strong cleaning products. I appreciate a clean establishment but, cleaning a hour and half before closing is a bit much. I respect that the girls.working want to get home at a decent time. Maybe you guys should just close at an earlier time and then clean.

It is okay food. It's overpriced for sure, but when someone else is paying, you go with it.
I've had some of their baked goods which are great, their sandwiches which were ok and way overpriced, and their all you can eat french toast which is sooo good but sooo expensive. I remember when it was $4-$5 and now it's way higher than that which brings me to my biggest issue with Kneaders. The food is pretty good but way too expensive.

Very disappointing, went thru the drive thru in the evening, I understand the delay of waiting in line, all though it didn’t seem like it was that busy and still waiting for about 15 minutes total. Ordered just two different bowls of soups. Corn chowder was good, but the chicken noodle had nothing but broth! Maybe about 4-6 noodles and 2 tiny pieces of chicken and a couple pieces of carrots. This is not an exaggeration! This is very unacceptable for a $10 bowl of soup! If they were about out, then They should have let me know and I would have chose something different.
