we ordered some lunch from kneaders & I have never had such crappy service or food, I normal love the Thai Salad and it was 1/2 the size it normal is and had old cabbage with the butt inside of my food and no Thai dressing and the raspberry pie I got was up side down in the to go box looked like someone step on it. It will be along time before I come back to Kneaders you need help if you want to keep your customers happy........

Service was extremely slow, the tables were filthy, food on the floor and when asked to clean a table, I was given a few napkin to clean a table myself

I've been here before and it was great. But today it was seriously lacking on service and cleanliness. Most tables were dirty and the floor was filthy. Staff seemed like they genuinely did not care to be here. They switched up my wife's and my order and the latte seriously lacked in flavor. Not worth $45 in my opinion

Food is on the spendy side and usually okay if you dine in, but every time I place an online order it gets messed up. It’s disappointing. Also you get the same amount of salad dressing for a regular salad as you do a large and is not nearly enough.

GREAT food and service! They even went above and beyond to make a birthday cake for my boyfriend's dad and customized it, it was delicious! We eat here at least once a week, sometimes twice and we have not been dissapointed.
Unfortunately things have gone down hill. Every time I place an order online it’s at LEAST ready 15-20 minutes after it says it would be. For example, today 11/15/25, I placed our order for a half sandwhich, a whole sandwhich and a kids pb&j at 12:35, it said it would be ready at 12:55. It wasn’t ready until 1:15. That’s ridiculous.

So disappointed in the food I got today. The bread was so tough it was impossible to eat. I asked the girl if it was soft and she said yes. It was not. I ordered a fruit cup pastry and it was awful . Grainy and not smooth or set. Won’t be back or recommend. For the price I expect better.

Wait will be forever in the drive through. Left immediately after waiting for our food and they didn’t even give us half the food of our order. Not well run.
Went through the drive through yesterday. The service we received is the issue, as it was super slow and we did not receive 3/4 of exactly what we ordered. Two of the three smoothies were the wrong flavor and the hot cocoa was replaced with a cheesecake (based on the caramel flavor we wanted in the coca?)

I used to love going here for lunch. I went here the other day and the bread tasted like it was a day or two old and the sandwich wasn't made very well.
